I have bought things from here and will continue to do so. Everything I have bought is top notch quality. Prices are reasonable and worth it for the value alone, because some items look brand new. Their shipping service is absolutely amazing as well. The Customer service cannot be beat. I loved talking to the owner and his sister. Both of them know so much about the items and history in general! This is where I like to splurge! Have a look and you won't regret it.

Extremely disappointing experience at The Pottery in Midland. I painted a cup there and when I…read morepicked it up, the top rim was chipped and cracked all around. When I brought it back, they told me they would try to reglaze it. Later they called and said they couldn't fix it because there were "too many layers of paint," even though there were absolutely no instructions anywhere stating that customers couldn't paint more than three layers. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, they refused a refund and the most I could be offred was only a 5% discount which I agreed I. The moment only to realize I wouldn't want to even return to that place to repaint . When my husband called to discuss it further, Tonya was rude and dismissive on the phone. The whole interaction felt very unprofessional. If there are strict painting rules that can ruin a piece, those instructions should be clearly explained to customers beforehand. Blaming customers afterward and refusing to make it right is not good business practice. Unfortunately this experience left us feeling uncomfortable even returning to the store. I would not recommend this place if you expect respectful customer service or accountability when something goes wrong.
