I went in to the Midland location today (1/3/26) at 10:00AM. I had one 52L men's sports coat and…read moreten (10) Ralph Lauren Polo shirts both long and short sleeve in sizes XXL and 2XB. Per the website I took the items in without an appointment. I was greeted with an attitude since my items were all on hangers from the cleaners. I was told they would only be accepted folded and in a bin or basket. I told the young lady that it would be nice if that was on the website. She said "it's on there somewhere you just didn't look". I went and got a bin, folded the clothes and returned at 10:20. She checked in my tote and told me it would be 2-3 days before I'd hear from the store. At 3:00 the same afternoon I received a text that they were unable to buy any of my items and that I had until the end of the day to pick them up. I called the store and asked if I could pick up the items the next day I was told, "if they're not picked up today they will be donated". My wife was nearby, she called and asked if she could pick up for me. She was told it had to be me. So I drove back to the store from Odessa to pickup the items. When I asked why they couldn't be bought she told me because of the smell. Total lie, they came from a smoke free home, some had only been worn once and all had been dry cleaned before attempting to sell. I'm attaching some photos as proof. The customer service from Lupita, I asked for her name, was as poor as I've ever experienced. I will never be back. Be aware!

Worst I was in the store they waiting until 10 minutes after I left to message and say they were taking nothing. Also, they LOST MY ITEMS. The disrespectful staff was the cherry on top. Will not be returning.
