My husband spoke to Evan first and then me. We had a difficult start with the repairs we needed to do. As remote investors - we had to rely on the realtor we would choose. Evan was a miracle worker!!! Right off the bat - we knew he was topnotch! He was ahead of his game. He introduced us to his contractors and everything worked out. We also went through staging through his company and it worked out for the better as buyers came in. The housing market is tough right now but we reached the finish line today! Hands down I will NOT recommend anyone else. He is a life saver! Best of all, it didn't feel like it was Just a business transaction. He was compassionate and kind throughout the process. He was quick to answer - not a day passed by without a response from him. Evan Compean is your guy!! He leads his company with a good heart and kindness and professionalism. I wish him and his company well! 5+ stars!!!

This company is a complete joke. They will waste your time and are extremely unprofessional…read more In late March, I scheduled a home tour through Redfin for a Saturday--selected my time, confirmed everything--and no one showed up. No call. No follow-up. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it may have been user error. Fast forward to April 12--I contacted Redfin and spoke with someone who provided the appointment time and details. I was told the showing would be at 5:15 PM. I submitted my driver's license as requested, and everything appeared confirmed. Shortly after, I received an automated message stating the appointment was set for 6:00 PM. The inconsistency alone was concerning, which led me to start calling the assigned agent, Courtney Burns. Courtney Burns was a complete no-call, no-show. We waited at the property, called multiple times (at least 10), and left several voicemails with no response. When she finally answered, she claimed she was caught in a rainstorm and didn't realize she had an appointment--which made no sense given that Redfin had confirmed everything and had my information on file. She rescheduled for the next day (Monday), and unbelievably, the same thing happened again. No show. No communication. After repeated calls and messages, she finally answered and said she wasn't coming, offering another last-minute excuse and attempting to reschedule yet again. At that point, it was clear this wasn't a one-time issue--this is a pattern of unprofessional and unreliable service. Given everything that occurred, it's hard not to question what's really going on. You had my ID, which includes my age and race, and despite multiple confirmed appointments, I still couldn't get anyone to show up. I truly hope that is not a factor--but based on this experience, it is a concern that cannot be ignored. And to make matters worse, I see they call themselves Redfin's "Hustletown South Team." There's no hustling happening here--just people being hustled out of their time and gas. This experience wasted our time, caused unnecessary frustration, and completely eroded any trust in Redfin's process. Based on this, I genuinely question the authenticity of the positive reviews because our experience was consistently unacceptable. If you value your time and expect basic communication and professionalism, I would strongly recommend avoiding Redfin.

Our leasing experience with this management company was frustrating due to poor communication and…read morelack of follow-through. The process took about a full month. During that time we were told three separate times that the property had been cleaned and was move-in ready. Each walkthrough showed otherwise -- no professional cleaning had been completed. We later learned there had been a water leak, which may have caused delays, but this was not clearly communicated upfront. When we first viewed the home, there were spider webs throughout and both dead and live roaches present. We raised these concerns and were repeatedly assured everything would be addressed before move-in. By the final walkthrough, the condition still had not been resolved, and an additional issue had come up. During that final walkthrough (yesterday), we were told that if we did not immediately pay the deposit, the owner wanted to move on to the "next applicants," even though the property issues had not been fixed. We were also told the owner had already "bent" by approving us, so it was essentially now or never. Once we confirmed we would not move forward under those conditions, we were then offered money off and the option to inspect the property after completion. At that point, it felt less like a proactive solution and more like pressure followed by a last-minute change in approach. There were also inconsistencies during the application process. When I initially called to ask about our application status, I was told there were other applicants ahead of us and we would be processed if they fell through. After I provided the address, the associate confirmed we were actually the only applicant. That kind of misinformation made the process feel disorganized. I understand that maintenance issues can happen and that properties owned by LLCs can sometimes add extra layers to communication. However, clear, accurate updates and accountability are essential when people are planning a move on a tight timeline. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future tenants considering this property in Richmond, TX.

We were very happy with the sale the BEEGLE ran for us. It was an emotional experience because we…read moreare selling 30 years of memories for prices which seem not aligned with OUR feelings. Here's a news flash....that is what we hired them to do! Your memory is not "the thing" and you cannot take it with you. So if an ESTATE Sales pro is hired to get you out of "the stuff", you have to hold your breath and let them do their job. In our case, that is EXACTLY what they did. You hire a realtor to get. Similarly, you hire a realtor to get you out of a house, and you can't freak out at the last minute and decide to take the front door with you. The process was organized. On prep day one, they came in like an army and emptied cabinets, drawers etc and reorganized the contents into groupings to help it sell. Prep day two, they priced and photographed everything for advertising. Jennifer ran the operation like master Sargent knowing exactly what needed to be done and when...right down to the boombox with high energy music. When it was over (two days) I was amazed. We saw a couple of items that we thought were incorrectly priced and Jennifer was open to the conversation. In one she changed the price and another convinced me that she was right. At the end of the day she does this all the time and knows what sells and at what price. She was right. Her relationships with charities had a church team follow the sale and take everything that they could sell as a donation. I was thrilled because the alternative is the dumpster and what a waste that would be....not to mention the tax credit for the donation. She referred movers where they were needed. She helped get items that didn't sell to a consignment location to try again to rehome them. I would recommend BEEGLE. I would also recommend that any person planning to have an estate sale prepare yourself for the emotional impact of watching your stuff and the associated memories go away...but that is the idea, right? I recommend that you prepare yourself for the event knowing that the items are having a new life with someone who will love them as much as you. If you struggle letting go, get as far away from the process and possible and trust the BEEGLE team to do their job. If you can't let go, buy a bigger house or a climate controlled storage barn.

The woman at register, likely this infamous Jennifer, yelled at her employee Jose for not informing a customer about the moving company when the customer had asked. This scolding lasted almost a minute and was across the entire foyer where more than a dozen people could hear. It was awful how she humiliated that young man. I didn't feel comfortable supporting her business after that. Since I had just entered, I decided to peruse the estate sale a little for fun (they have a $75 minimum for card) and didn't see anything that struck my fancy. Prices seemed average or a little expensive. My friend does love her sales and says that she gives a good deal if you buy bundles of stuff.

Once you're inside, everything else around you disappears and you just become completely immersed in the artists' work. It's truly incredible. The best thing about this place is how friendly and sharing each and every artist is. A good amount of the artists here rent out the studio space, so that each area doubles as their workshop and their gallery. You really can't get more authentic than that.
