Just this week--on Monday night--I noticed a leak and immediately reported it. Now it's Friday night, 4 days later, and there is a 3x4 ft hole in the ceiling over my bathroom tub. I was told that the problem won't be fixed until "Monday or Tuesday"--that's another 3-4 days, and a full week from the time I reported it. Until it is fixed, I can't use my shower and, as usual, I cannot get a hold of the landlord.
