Sadly after many years of working together Strata disappointed by the way they responded to a situation. They got upset because my client was pointing out some of the negative feedback about the photos and the photographer's angles and we requested if a different photographer could do a reshoot and elevate the camera. The upper kitchen and laundry cabinet's bottoms were visible; and few other remarks. Strata refused, said they issued a refund and if I read between the lines it seamed that they do not want us to come back for any photo business to them I assume they meant my client and I are hard to please which is not the case. I thought clients request were absolutely reasonable and in a service business I thought the customer is always right. Unfortunately my client did not appreciate how Strata "said goodbye" without resolution, we would not even need a refund, but a simple understanding of what client wanted to achieve and an excellend end result.
