I expected at least a message on MyChart. I was told that someone tried calling my old cell phone number and could not reach me. If this is accurate why not send me a letter or message on MyChart? Also, the phone wait time was nearly ten minutes. I'm glad that I was allowed to see the problems with this office before ever going to my first appointment.

This was just a second dose vaccine follow-up, and during my last visit, I was told it wouldn't take much time. I ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes before I was called in. That said, Sky was super cool, professional and gentle. I didn't even feel a pinch! In and out in 10 minutes. The wait was frustrating, but Sky made the actual visit smooth and easy. The clinic should definitely work on managing appointment timing better, especially for simple follow-ups.

She is very accommodating and thoughtful, we have paged her late nights and weekends several times and she has called back each and every time. Exactly what one need from a pediatrician, being there no matter when. The clinic has very friendly and Courteous staff. They do nurse appointments for shots and treatments. So little flexibility. Generally, we have to go to a lab for blood work. The wait room and consultancy rooms are clean but little antiqued. Guess that's ok. :)

I like that they are one-stop health care, and whatever they don't do at the office gets handled quickly with a referral. He is a partner in "Partners In Internal Medicine". They have two offices, 1 in Canton the other in Ann Arbor. They have an onsite lab so I have to go back Monday morning to complete today's visit. My spouse sees Dr. Hashemian from the same practice. We highly recommend the treatment we receive.

She called me at home the next morning, almost screaming at me, to tell me that the RX was originally proscribed by a plastic surgeon (not true - it was proscribed by a gastro doctor after I spent 5 months in the hospital). That she only refilled my RX as a curtesy. That I needed to see a gastro doctor for the RX and that I better find another primary care doctor too. I could not believe that she could be so rude and told her that she would be the last doctor on the earth I would ever see again.

Only when I went in for an appointment (and a copay, and whatever else they're going to bill insurance) did Dr. Yee tell me that she believes that chiropractic care is the same thing as homeopathy, equating the manual adjustments and rehabilitation exercise with magic elixirs and salt crystals. She told me very clearly that she will NEVER submit a referral for a patient to see a chiropractor under any circumstance because she is not trained in it. I guess this means that unless she's been trained in every type of treatment there is, she's not going to make a referral. Her course of action was to become rude and agitated when I was asking direct questions... she then told me that I would feel more comfortable with another physician and to go out front, find some availability, and get on their calendar. I'm in pain, and this course of treatment has been previously successful for me. I have chronic back pain, and became pain-free until I managed to wreck it again. Dr. Yee referred my to Michigan Spine, and all they did was take an x-ray and tell me everything looked fine. She was good with that, where the patient doesn't see a successful outcome, but not with something she hasn't been trained in. I really hope for her patient's sake she's been trained in every possible illness and treatment on the planet. She CLEARLY doesn't care about the health of her patients and is only concerned about having folks come in for an appointment as often as possible in order to boost billing.

After never receiving one overdue notice they sent me to collections for service my kids had while they were under their moms insurance but never reported their mom to collections. The dates of service were over a year ago and I've been in their office a dozen or more times since then and NEVER received word we owed anything!! My kids have never had a day without insurance their entire life and the office doesn't want to acknowledge they messed up and refuses to be of any assistance. Never going back and recommend anyone else to do the same.
