I went in because my daughters earrings were stuck in her ears. The nurse, Stephanie, said we should clean it first, which we did and she asked me to clean one ear while she was working on the other one, she was able to remove the earrings but said she doesn't think there were any backing and they might have fallen off. She didn't even bother to feel it further or even use a flash light to examine further. my daughter was still complaining of pain and at night time we used a headlight and carefully looked at her ears and was able to remove the plastic backings. see attached. Amazingly professional staff. They took me back right away. As soon as the nurse took all of my vitals the Dr was right there to examine me. She discussed what the issues were and explained the treatment she was going to prescribe. I wanted to go back to work the next day, Dr advised me not to. I know it is usually reverse, but she was straight forward and said that I should wait until I feel better /not contagious. Very clean environment! Extreme Cleanliness is appreciated when you are sick and just want to be home in bed. read more

Best urgent care in the area! They are always able to get you seen quickly. The longest I've had to wait is maybe 10 minutes. Very knowledgeable doctors. They help you out as quickly as possible and offer other solutions to prevent recurring issues. read more

Extremely slow. Be prepared to wait excessively despite having an appointment booked and early check-in. In fact, you should also be prepared to get your name removed from the wait list without having been seen. Currently, at 80 minutes and counting for a SCHEDULED rapid covid test. read more

I came in for a common cold & new migraine symptoms, very small problems that I basically just wanted reassurance on. I felt a little silly going in, but Dr. Svacha sat down, listened, and asked questions about these small concerns. He seemed to really think about it & explain why he came to the conclusion that he did. The place itself is VERY clean & new. I waited no more than 2 minutes (at 4:45 on a Tues). Staff was great, from the check in to initial weight/blood pressure vitals, & I received a follow up call from the doctor the day after my visit. I usually think going to urgent care is a waste of time- I'm so happy to have a place like this closeby! read more

Took my daughter for an ear infection to MI Express. We were seen quickly and treated well. The PA was kind, knowledgeable, and gave the needed medication prescription for my daughter to clear her ear infection. Excellent service for a Sunday when our Primary pediatrician was closed. read more

I was charged exorbitantly and misdiagnosed. Please ask how much they would be charging before taking any service. I was diagnosed as having "Jet lag syndrome" even though I had all signs of flu. The Urgent Care had run out of flu testing kits, so they did not even evaluate for it, even though I had all symptoms. They asked me whether I was ok to be put on saline. I agreed without asking about of charges. I had to revisit them after 3 days with same symptoms and only then they confirmed that it was flu. read more

I found the staff non response to my email so I thought I would leave a review. I am revved up over this one people and probably because I feel like death and you would expect an urgent care to well - care. As I am extremely vulnerable to Covid and had some symptoms we made an appointment the night before for at 6pm the next day, to ensure my safety and that it was a quick and easy process. Just a quick heads up, not my first rodeo with COVID testing at another facility which I found much more professional, it was done in a few minutes and everyone was lovely even thou really they are the front line workers and at risk. Back to MI - We arrived 5 minutes before, we checked in and then waited for 25 minutes as a walk in had arrived. No communication , Nada, sitting in a car park watching traffic. Now why that maybe exciting for some, for me feeling ill it really wasn't. It was frustrating. I could see the receptionist , she didn't seem to be moving at a fast pace lets say. She had time to communicate with myself via phone. I don't see the point of making appointments for covid testing if you don't keep them and take walk ins over appointments. Its important for people like myself who are vulnerable to plan around all of this so I am safe. I don't leave bad reviews as everyone is dealing with alot these days and really Im one of the lucky ones in that I am still breathing but from the attitude on the phone from the receptionist when I checked in from the car to the complete lack of communication for 25 minutes - I just cancelled and we went home Worse service ever. read more

Horrible communication. Waited for 3.5 hrs and was told I was next after 2hrs. Then called on a Friday to get test results. Was told to call back sat morning. Called for over two hrs no answer then finally got a different answering message saying they closed on the weekend for that month. So why was I told to call on a sat and they were to be closed! Messed up huge family plans cause I needed results first. Horrible communication. read more

Great experience for having terrible back pain. The staff was extremely helpful and empathetic to my condition. Dr. Chiu answered all of my questions and spent quality time assessing my injury. He followed up the next day to see how I was feeling and if I had any questions. The building itself was clean and new! It included comfortable seating and multiple flat screens. By far the most unprofessional urgent care clinic i have ever experienced. Upon waiting to see a provider (Hussein), i was yelled at behind the counter by the nurse or whatever she was, to follow her down the hall. "Hey, meet me down the hall" is not how you get a patients attention. After seeing the provider i was told he would call in the prescription, and he asked me what pharmacy i used, i told him which one and the address as he walked back to his computer. I waited by the receptionist desk for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me until the receptionist walked back and asked if i needed anything and i was expecting - like all clinics and urgent cares do- paperwork with the prescription and pharmacy on it. I was told "oh yeah I'm calling it in now you don't need any paperwork". Arrived to my pharmacy 20 minutes later and the prescription still has not been called in. I called the urgent care back and explained to them that my prescription needs to me called in and i could DISTINCTIVELY HEAR the doctor whisper "Bactrim" 2 or 3 times to the receptionist that answered. Are you kidding me? It's places like this that give urgent care a bad connotation. Currently have been on hold for 10 minutes and had to call back AGAIN to speak to the doctor who told me "well would you like me to call it in now?" What do you think, Hussein? We went last week to have a covid test. I was just having a runny nose and my wife was feeling fine but did the test as welk because she was already there. They called her the next day telling her she was positive and I was negative, told her to quarantine and that's it. We tried to follow with the CDC as other close cases told us all cases are reported to them immediately. They didn't know anything and we started to realize this didn't made any sense as I was the one with symptoms. Next day we went to Beaumont to have 2 test (rapid and lab) and we immediately noticed the difference in the quality of the procedure and the way they conducted the test and we know this first result was probably false. As expected we have no symptoms, we are perfectly fine and both test from Beaumont came back negative. The Beaumont doctor explained that these sites sometimes do not handle the swabs properly and can report inaccurate results. Till today we haven't received anything in writing from this guys other than that calk that ruined our weekend, school schedule and work for nothing. Stay away read more

OK I broke my wrist on 7/4/2017 and went to this place as they had an xray machine. Had an awesome DOCTOR who knew my wrist was broken without an x-ray and took an xray to confirm it anyway. Referred to great surgeons who took care of the wrist. Have had a cough for the last three months that has gotten severe in the last few days and started wheezing so heavily at night it was keeping me awake. I remembered the xray machine so I went back. Got some lame Nurse Practitioner who proceeded to cover her nose and mouth with a mask (which I am OK with) and complain that she had caught something from somebody 5 weeks ago and was still not over it. Basically listened to my chest and told me I was coughing because I was fat and the extra weight was putting stress on my lungs??? Also told me I was not wheezing...Maybe not at that moments but sure as hell was last night when it was keeping me awake... I have been fat for 30 years why is this happening now? I have sleep apnea and have I gotten a fungus from my machine being dirty? I smoked for over 20 years do I have some sort of COPD? I moved from Arizona to Detroit where valley fever is a large problem do I have that? Nope just looked at how big I was and decided that was the answer no x-ray, no real questions. Done with this place going to a real Dr. next week that can hopefully help me. Steer clear of this place! read more
