The office staff are good too. The one who stands out mostly with me over all these years is Allison. She pretty precise. The medical assistants and nurses are awesome as well. I wish I could remember all of their names. I will update my review with their once I remember each one's names. I know one for sure and that's Karen. I have a fairly stressful life, and Dr. Shindler suggested that I give it a go to help relieve stress. Well after my first session, I was driving home, hit a TON of traffic on I-275, and it didn't bother me in the least. It was the strangest feeling in the world - like someone took my mean friend away, and I didn't realize how mean that little guy was until he was gone. I have had reflexology in the past, and thought, "sure this is a nice foot massage", but that is not what reflexology is in the least when you're with Ruth. It's just amazing, amazing work. She's passionate, perceptive, kind, and so so much more. I really don't have enough good words to say about Ruth. Give her a try, and you'll try to hunt me down to thank me for making your life awesome. Dr. Shindler is also awesome. He's very easy to talk to, and is open to different ways of healing, including hypnosis. I did hypnosis once, and he will make a recording of the session for you to do at home. This also helped me reduce stress levels - but obviously you can use hypnotism to help with a lot of different issues. Overall, there aren't enough words to express how thankful I am that this office is here... we so quickly brush off things like stress, and other life stuffs, and how they play a role in our health. Three stars is the average between the totally condescending, patient-hostile front desk staff, and…read morethe high quality doctors. Perhaps the doctors are so busy that the staff attempts to drive away potential patients. Apparently, when a sick patient recently arrived for a scheduled appointment, the staff turned them away because they were sick (could be COVID you know, or not). Requesting that they at least talk to the doctor about their illness via teleconference during their scheduled appointment time, they were seemingly told NO, the doctor can't talk to you (too busy - even though the visit was scheduled?)! So... it seems you should only go to the doctor if you are feeling well... If you can brave the Soviet-style receptionists or somehow sneak past them, the rest is fine.

Five stars for the doctors. Zero stars for the staff (with a few individual exceptions for some…read morenice ones). Excellent doctors, and front desk staff are mostly ok, but when you call to speak with a nurse to get a prescription refill or because of an issue with a prescription? Be prepared for astonishingly awful customer service. I've had nurses who were utterly rude, condescending, and outright hostile when I had a simple question about a possible drug interaction, or just to ask the doctor for a different prescription because of a medical issue. Everyone understands that some medical staff / nurses become jaded and cynical because of the types of drugs that people abuse (which is also not acceptable), but I'm talking about *routine prescriptions* here, like statins and antibiotics. It's appalling how shoddy their listening skills and interpersonal skills are. They are sorely lacking in manners and do not listen. If I didn't like my doctor so much, I would go elsewhere because of the rudeness of the staff. Here's hoping that the doctors and managers weed out the rude staff members and keep the good ones. I avoid calling there because I don't want to deal with them. What a shame.

Not only is the staff rude, judgemental, and disrespectful, but the doctor also disregards any concern you have about her diagnosis. I know multiple people who have left this office to never come back. I trusted Debbie's judgement and stayed, but after health complications in my family I feel as though she has caused them. They don't look at every angle to give you a proper diagnosis for proper treatment. I would never recommend this place and if you go here I suggest you get second and third opinions because this office is extremely inefficient. The doctor has discussed MY PERSONAL MEDICAL INFORMATION with my family members without my permission, assuming I won't be upset because they are family. Never again will I go back here.

The doctor demanded to do an EKG which was not required by my surgeon for clearance and I agreed to it because I figured better to be over prepared and know my results than not know. The office assistant (unclear of her medical training background, but I know every time she's drawn my blood she's really really struggled) placed the leads indiscriminately across my chest with little care or concern for accuracy and did the test. I waited and waited and waited and I overheard loud panicked chatter around the corner about my results. After a very long wait the doctor came in and told me I had had a silent heart attack and I was in poor health and she couldn't clear me for my surgery because of it and I needed to see a cardiologist immediately. Despite only being 28 years old, and not the obvious heart attack patient, I obviously took what she said very seriously and booked to see the cardiologist she recommended the next morning. Her team struggled to send a global referral that worked with my insurance, like they didn't know how to do it, and so I spent even more time waiting and waiting and waiting in the cardiologist's office. When I was finally seen, they preformed an EKG to confirm the results from Dr.Ghazi's office. The cardiologist immediately told me that the test had been preformed incorrectly at Dr.Ghazi's office and absolutely nothing was wrong with me, I had not had a heart attack, and my EKG was perfectly healthy. I was obviously rubbed the wrong way, but still wanting to just push through and just get the surgical clearance I need and move on. Today I received a call from my surgeons office stating that Dr.Ghazi's office called them and DEMANDED to see my whole history, notes, records and any documents they had, and were very rude to the staff for refusing to send them without my consent. Ever hear of HIPPA? The nurse at my surgeons office said that never in her whole career has a PCP even asked to see this confidential information let alone brutally demand it. What does she need to see it for? Either my labs are good enough to clear me for surgery or they are not. My labs speak for themselves and reading a record of the consultation i had with my surgeon will not change if it is medically safe for surgery to be performed. If they think my surgeon is just going to send out my paperwork willy nilly then how are they handling my private medical information at this office? This was the cherry on top for me. Also- bonus fun fact, when I did intake at a therapists office last year, the office manager told me he had also seen Dr.Ghazi as a PCP for some time and recommended that I find a new doctor because she had misdiagnosed him with BLOOD CANCER. This office is misdiagnosing everyone in our community with SEVERE health ailments, and I do not understand the motive. I should have listened to that office manager but I figured I could get my surgical clearance with little issue. This is what happens when they let the children who should have been left behind enter the medical field.
