Dr. King was willing to let me participate in my care. If I wanted to try an alternative treatment or avoid a certain medication, she would always offer other options. She was also very personable and easy to talk to. Dr. King would also share other anecdotes from her own life so you felt she was really involved in what you were saying.

She stated -and it has been true - that any tests that are done I will receive information -- non of this no news is good news kind of stuff. I signed up with nextmed to view and communicate online -- the DAY AFTER - my blood test there was an e-mail with the results from the lab and ALSO a letter from dr. King with a review of each of the part of the test and where I stood and where i should be -- and recommendations (-- for me none expect to return in a year) Her staff was very nice as well ... Her enthusiasm has made me want to go back as needed ....

At one point I waited for over 3 hours past my appointment time with my 1 day-old daughter screaming in my arms. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you do decide to come here, make sure you book your appointments with Nikki, the nurse practitioner. She actually cares about your schedule. I mean, you only get so much time on this planet. Why spend a good chunk of it here?

She is very accommodating and thoughtful, we have paged her late nights and weekends several times and she has called back each and every time. Exactly what one need from a pediatrician, being there no matter when. The clinic has very friendly and Courteous staff. They do nurse appointments for shots and treatments. So little flexibility. Generally, we have to go to a lab for blood work. The wait room and consultancy rooms are clean but little antiqued. Guess that's ok. :)

I was so nervous about going because of bad experiences at other locations. I had a digital breast cancer screening done at this location and I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism form the staff. Starting with Kimberly who was at the desk helping me check in. The area is small and not to busy. As soon as I completed a questionnaire on a tablet, I went to the dressing room and changed into a gown which ties closed. The changing room/booth is small with a cloth curtain to pull close. When I was done, I went to a waiting area where they offered water & coffee. I didn't wait long, and the technician called me back. Take you purse with you at this time as there is not a place to secure it. The technician went over the questions with me from the questioner I completed earlier. She explained everything she was doing and why. Very efficient and quickly done. She will ask you to hold you breath for a few seconds for each picture. I was exposed when she had to place the breast on the table, but you still had the gown cover you on the other side for this view. The next 2 photos you must take your arm out as they try and get as much as the armpit as they can in the photo as you are exposed again, but you are still covered on the other side. Then you switch sides and do it again. A total of 4 pictures were taken and maybe 15 minutes at the most for the imaging part. I was definitely more relaxed in a small setting like this and my anxiety was lowered. Thank you for a great patient experience!
