I expected at least a message on MyChart. I was told that someone tried calling my old cell phone number and could not reach me. If this is accurate why not send me a letter or message on MyChart? Also, the phone wait time was nearly ten minutes. I'm glad that I was allowed to see the problems with this office before ever going to my first appointment.

They are always running over an hour late. It's just protocol that when you walk in the door they let you know everything is running late. The worst is currently I have been waiting 8+ hours for a nurse or doctor to call me back. 8 hours, 4 phone calls, 2 managers later and no one will help me. They just don't care at all here. A month after requesting my records I was finally able to be seen by a different provider and an understanding surgeon and nurse who simply asked:"Was she just wanting you to bleed out?"
