After I reached out…read moreshe then finally responded, over half an hour late, and wanted me to come meet her at another location. My dog struggles with anxiety, and her request felt bizarre and unprofessional. She told me she could not fit her bus into my driveway, and that there was not an available electrical outlet. All completely fair to say! No issues with that and I understand that my area didn't work, yet the lack of communication and general lack of professionalism was disappointing, and meeting at an alternative location was never a communicated possibility and the whole situation just did not feel right. I declined and expressed that I was disappointed with the whole experience. She THEN threatened to post pictures of my driveway (AKA, doxx me, which is illegal via RCW 4.24.792). Depending on how things proceed I may have to get the authorities involved! I would not recommend utilizing her services!

They have no business being a manager. When they were radioded to come to the front to speak to me they said "if i must" for all to hear. She was rude to me from the start. The animal i bought 2 days ago was sick in there tank it had fungus growing on it, was extremelly malnourished and skinny, and had parasites, it would not eat. its tank water was way over the acceptable temperature. It died the day after i esentially rescued and tried to save it. All i was trying to do was bring awareness to the manager. She had the audacity to blame me for its death and said it was completely healthy for the 2 weeks in the store. The associate who sold it to me discounted it 50% because of how sick it appeared to be. The manager swore at me then accused me of just wanting my money back when i simply was trying to make her aware of the unhealthy living conditions. She did not care what i had to say she was inconvienced she even had to do her job. I made a google account just to post this review because of how completely shocked i was by how i was treated. She even did it in front of all her employees. Managers in any profession should not act this way she needs to be immedaitely retrainted on how to talk to other humans. No professionalism whatsoever.

Michelle worked very fast; he was ready in about 1.5 hours. She also gave us a 15 minute heads up, so we were able to wrap up our grocery shopping and get there as soon as he was done. It's definitely worth the trip to Passionate Paws.

We connected with another awesome groomer in Oak Harbor but then she became unresponsive. We had a very bad experience with grooming at a local vet clinic and I was thinking I'd have to drive to Seattle to find a good cat groomer. So I was elated to find Michelle. I was hesitant to try someone new because I didn't want to put our cat in another compromising situation, but Michelle was fantastic. She's very communicative, she didn't demand that our cat be drugged before grooming, she was unbelievably fast, and her place is super peaceful -- I've never seen more than one fur baby in her studio at a time. Our cat lost part of her jaw after being hit by a car and has trouble keeping her long fur clean. Michelle's expert grooming makes it easy for our kitty to stay clean and be even more adorable than she already is in her special lion cut. Super nice person, loves animals, terrific pricing, easy location. Just WINNING all the way around.

I came in , a lovely lady named Rachel came to my dog and built rapport. She cut her nails with a drummer, and brushed her teeth my dog never flinched and she didn't cut the nails too short, she did it perfectly. I definitely would recommend this place. Rachel is charismatic and charming especially toward the dogs. And the prices are incredibly fair, the original place I went to actually charges double what they charge.

Well, I couldn't possibly be happier with liza and her Mom. I have two Cocker Spaniels, Barney and Bette, and they are the best groomers I've ever had. They know exactly how to do a professional Cocker cut, a task that is not easy, and they come out absolutely stunning, plus they are as happy as can be to boot. I highly recommend their shop.....it does cost a bit more than most I suppose, but the results are worth every penny. Hands down, the best groomers in the valley.

No texts or calls or emails were responded to. Not even to the office manager. The only person I complained about up front was a new gal who was quite rude to me. She told me they couldn't do what I was asking and snickered, saying, "Ummm, I can't just TELL the very to do something," which is not what I asked. I asked her to ASK him to follow through on what he said he would do... We boarded our dog for several days while we were out of state. Before our trip, we were never…read moreinformed that boarding was at a different location than daycare, which caused unnecessary stress at drop off. During our vacation, communication was extremely poor. After seeing a concerning photo of our dog appearing to have an altercation with another dog, we tried repeatedly to get updates. We had to keep reaching out ourselves and ultimately had to ask the owner to send us a photo because we had gone days without seeing or hearing anything about him. At pickup, we were initially charged the wrong amount. We had also paid for an exit bath, but were told it had been removed because they weren't sure whether it had been done. When we got our dog into the car, he smelled strongly like he had not been bathed at all. The most disappointing part was the way our concerns were handled. Rather than acknowledging them or apologizing, the interaction felt defensive and dismissive. We won't be boarding our dog here again. Communication, organization, and customer service all need significant improvement.

This last time I was charged 50 dollars in random fees that the groomer stated were normal. For the past 5 years I've been using pet smart I had never had a random 10 dollar charge for "groomer fee" where she stated she had another groomer help her w my dog? I also was charged 20 dollars for 30 mins of de-matted time. Along with an additional 10 dollars for 15 more minutes? This has never been added to my bill before. They usually charge a flat fee of 20 dollars for de-matting. I feel like I was not fairly billed on my 10th visit here. I'd much rather use a local groomer for 150 dollars, where they're professionally trained. My poor dog's haircut was terrible. lol a lot of missed places just to get her shaved. With that said I will say that I have had Paxton (who did not do this hair cut) work on my other dog and the haircut turned out great! If you do go here ask for her!
