So I just had to do a review about how amazing their customer service is. I have not done a grooming service yet-scheduled but I did have a nail trimming. I have a 7month old Lab puppy, she is a wiggly monster. They were able to trim her nails in 5 min. They didn't shame me or make me feel bad that my puppy is a puppy. I couldn't wait to schedule an appointment-you can tell everyone there will care for your dog. They talked to Luna and I don't even think she barked because the attention they gave her- fabulous service! Oh and for a nail trim they let me do a walk in! I had been struggling trying to trim myself and her nails were getting knarly so they saved me! read more

Great staff who really seem to enjoy their jobs. We arrived slightly early with our Doberman but the still took him back and when I arrived to pick him up he was clean, happy, smelled amazing and was being played with by Breanda to keep him entertained! I spent 1.5 hours trying to trim my cat's nails and it ended in blood and tears (mine). I take my cat in and in 5 minutes she's got a beautiful manicure. I have taken my Aussiedoodle puppy to them twice now for grooming , and I have been very pleased with Jessica! They keep notes on your preferences and make sure to adhere to your requests, which I appreciate so much after having a poor experience with this at a popular spot in town. There was also a special haircut I wanted for my Brownie, and I didn't know the name. I sent a picture of it to her, and she was spot on!! He always comes home super soft, smells great for much longer than when we give baths at home, and she ties these Super cute complimentary bandanas on him!!! Her price point is also a huge plus! My puppy always likes going there, which is also comforting to me. I would recommend her for puppies, doodles, and just great grooming in general, and give her double the stars if I could. read more

I have had four visits. 1st was spot on, exactly as I had hoped. Subsequent visits steadily declined into totally unsatisfactory. It has become run 'em in then push 'em out, collect at the door. The expertise went away along with the idea of actually grooming the pet. Wash, shave, send out, next and repeat. I have been to four groomers in the years of living on the Rock. Two have ceased and I'm going back to the third one again in June hopefully to restore my dogs' appearance. The pricing would be worth it. I think I would call this just being lazy and biting off too much with the scheduling for this business owner. read more

On arriving at my appointment, I was greeted as I got out of my truck and the man took one of my dogs inside. I left my long-haired Chihuahua there for the whole treatment and they called me to come pick her up in 70 minutes. 1 hr. 1.5 hrs. sooner than the commercial organization by almost 2 hours. We just moved here and had a horrible experience at a Petco where we came from so I was very nervous taking our two pups to someplace new. I read the reviews and decided to give this place a shot. We were met outside as soon as we drove up. They were very friendly, and put my mind at ease. The price seems fair and better then out in town. We got our pups back and the stuff I forgot to ask get done were nails, and glands and they were taken care of when I picked them up! The attention and detail they put into their work is amazing, the nails on both dogs were rounded so as not to scratch if you just cut them outright. Excellent haircut for my Shih Tzu, no doubt. As long as you don't mind your small dog being moved around by his neck and yelled at if they move. I was outside and the groomer didn't know I was there. I was just waiting for him to be done. After about 10 mins I had to interrupt and let her know I was there because I could not stand how she was yelling at and tugging on the neck of my dog. She moved him forward at one point completely by his neck! I loved this place so I called in to let them know of my experience and was willing to go back but wanted to be sure not to have that same groomer ever handle my dog again. Unfortunately that's when I was told that it was in fact the owner of Bugaboo who was grooming my dog yesterday. Then I was told that my dog is "difficult when grooming around his face" (oh, you mean when he has scissors in his face around his eyes? That's kind of scary! A good groomer isn't going to yell at and aggressively handle a small dog because it's scared! You're in the wrong profession if that's your excuse!) Very happy with this groomer. My little white long haired maltipoo had gone out hiking with my husband and came back looking like a dirty drowned rat. Since we don't live near here we had to call around to get a place that would fit us in for an appointment. So happy we found this place. I told them they could do what they wanted but that she would probably have to be shaved down completely because she was a dirty mess. Two hours later we picked her up and she looked darling! I took my 7 month old Labrador puppy to Bugaboo pet grooming today. They are an appointment only salon but I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. I was apprehensive, at first, because my puppy is my little furbaby. But they made me feel very comfortable leaving her. She received a bath service. Jessica knew I was nervous about leaving my little one and she was very reassuring that my pup was in good hands and that she'd be fine. I think, to calm my fears, she texted me when the bath was over and she was working on drying her. It was a very nice touch to calm a worried puppy mama. When they were done, they called me to let me know I could come pick her up. They were both very professional. My baby looked and smelled great and seemed very happy with them. She didn't seem anxious to leave with me. I think she would have been more than happy to stay there to play and be loved on. I definitely plan to go back! read more

My pups haircut looked fine when I came to pick him up, but he was trembling, panting and it took air conditioning and putting water on him to cool him off, and lots of petting to stop the trembling! My dog is super friendly, he is sensitive to being roughly handled or yelled at! I called Bugaboo to find out what happened. Did not get to talk to the groomer! Talked to her daughter, she said my dog peed on himself so he had to be re washed and dried! He has never ever peed on himself!!! And I made sure he emptied his bladder before the grooming! As hard as he was panting, and as trembling as he was, I will never take him back there!!! I actually was afraid he might die! The groomer must have some issues especially with dogs that are the least bit resistant. Read Grace's review! She heard what the groomer was doing to her dog! This groomer should not be in this profession. She nearly killed my dog. Why is it you never get to talk to the actual groomer, never see her. read more

PERFECTION!!! HANDS DOWN, THIS IS THE BEST GROOMER I'VE EVER BEEN TO ANYWHERE!!! This lady is super talented. I come all the way from Sequim just to see Jessica because no one comes close to her work and how absolutely beautiful she makes my little girl look. When I find someone who provides great service, I will travel to the moon. You can tell that Jessica really takes great pride in her work. She is a true professional. I've tried several other groomers on and off Whidbey Island, who have done a complete hack job on my Shitzu, making her look choppy and uneven or they cut too much hair with no style and they're super expensive. Jessica makes my little girl look like a super star!! Oh, I just found out today that she is also an artist and paints animal portraits. I saw one of her portraits on the wall and I was blown away at how talented this girl is. She has a very calm and loving demeanor and my dogs really respond to her well. Princess used to hate going to the groomer, but since she started going to Jessica, she now pulls me to get inside; complete 180.
