Today I took the Aussie for a clean up, and when I got there to pick her up she was SO HAPPY. Anytime I've taken her to other groomers, I've never been greeted by her like this. She was so happy and just seemed to be at home and comfortable. She's so soft, smells incredible, her haircut is perfect. I have a 7month old Lab puppy, she is a wiggly monster. They were able to trim her nails in 5 min. They didn't shame me or make me feel bad that my puppy is a puppy. I couldn't wait to schedule an appointment-you can tell everyone there will care for your dog. They talked to Luna and I don't even think she barked because the attention they gave her- fabulous service! Oh and for a nail trim they let me do a walk in! I had been struggling trying to trim myself and her nails were getting knarly so they saved me!

I was afraid she might strip him down since, as I said, he was matted, but she left him with a beautiful, velour summer pet clip. in addition, she took extra care to brush out his undocked tail into an impressive full flag. We are very happy with the result. We would continue to schedule grooming sessions with Paws Spa, but unfortunately we are moving out of range. one more comment: it was clear that the groomer was kind and gentle as our Poodle was happy and relaxed (and clean) when she brought him in from her grooming van. He told me that he couldn't honor my appointment and that he already booked 2 other dogs in my slot that were coming in to be groomed in 15 minutes and could not take mine. I arrived on time and even recieved a confirmation text for my appointment a little over an hour before I arrived. It appeared Brian was having his lunch and decided to cancel my appointment, he was still chewing food when he walked in. I waited 40 extra min to see if any dogs were actually coming in to be groomed, why not, I was already on leave and decided to hang out with my dog in tge car for a bit. We'll, unsurprisingly, no dogs came. My assumptions were correct, Brian lied straight to my face and aparently wanted lunch. Pretty unprofessional. My most recent visit, I boarded my two dogs for 8 nights and had given instructions to give my dog his anxiety medication once daily. Upon pick up, I was told he didn't receive his medication and specific wording from the worker (Colleen) was "it's as needed right" despite giving specific instructions for once daily AND the pill bottle saying the same. I called once I got my dogs home to ask why the medication wasn't given and the workers exact words were "I forgot" and "I just got back from vacation and didn't see his medication written on the board." She did say he got the med the two days she wasn't there and still charged me for those days. After giving it some thought, I decided that mistakes happen and I was willing to continue to board my dogs there for my next trip. I called to reserve them a spot and was told they were full. I called back to ask to be placed on a waiting list and the same worker said she would call me by the end of the day the next day and let me know if she had anything open up. I never received a call. At this point, it's just bad business and clear this worker doesn't care about the clients.

I asked for Bruce and Kal to be roomed together, as I was told all 3 couldn't share a room, because Bruce has become very bonded to his brother since joining our family 3 years ago. They share a kennel sometimes and sleep together every night. We were surprised when the receptionist told us upon pick-up on Sunday that we couldn't room Kal and Bruce together next time because Bruce just lost it and attacked Kal. First they said it happened Saturday night, then upon further questioning, said they found him like that Sunday morning. Either way, I should have been contacted immediately. When they walked my poor boy out, his jowls were swollen 3 times their size!!! He could barely walk and just appeared to have been through the wringer. The woman said she bathed him "to get the blood off" but he still looked dirty and smelled so I bathed him when we got home. The water ran yellow with the feces in his fur. But they bathed him? he could barely even stand during the duration I had to clean him up. She pointed out a small cut by his ear but I see scratches all over his body, no open wounds, but on his forearm there was a red gash from elbow to wrist! Red, but not open. Like when you scratch yourself from an allergic reaction, like a mosquito bite maybe, except he can't reach there and if another animals, big or small, dog or even cat, got ahold of him, it wouldn't look like that. His face feels like Braille with all the small...cuts? all over his face. We are constantly asking "what happened to you???" Of course the people there said well it must have been his Bruce but he didn't have a mark on him. So Kal just laid there and took it? But wouldn't Bruce's mouth have some sort of wear if he tore up another dog? Knowing our dogs, we don't believe one bit. I have no idea what could have happened to him in there, none of his small scars point to any kind of abuse but you can bet I will never return to that facility should my life depend on it. It is sad a local business like that cannot be trusted for 2 nights!!! What about people boarding for longer?!?! It makes me sad considering I am a big supporter of small business but please reconsider when looking to board here. Get a tour, interview the staff-and the owner! He tried to word play us too but saying his staff was so upset about what happened to Kal...then why didn't you call me immediately upon finding him like that? And why does your story keep changing? I'm only thankful it wasn't worse and he has seemingly recovered well with some gabapentin and rest.

They may hate to be groomed, but loved the playtime with her dogs while they were there. Alicia has closed her business and moved out of state per her relationship and someone else has moved into her spot and it now has a different name. THIS IS NOT THE SAME BUSINESS AND SHE DIDN'T TRAIN ALICIA. I haven't gone there but I've talked to her myself and didn't get that same caring feeling that I'm use to I also haven't heard good things about her in particular. She looks like she's cashing in on Alicia's old clients. It'll be hard to find a groomer that will drive to your house to shave your physically challenged cat's belly or who will cry when your old dog passes because she truly loved him. Where ever and if she ever opens a new salon in her new home, they will be truly lucky.

My yorkie was there for 4 hours and I had a very bad feeling. Long story short, when I picked her up noone told me they hurt her. After we got home, we realized her eye was cut as well as her ear. We wound up at the animal emergency clinic. Addicted to Pets didn't acknowledge my voice message, and was not honest when I visited her in person. All I asked for was half of the emergency visit bill, which she has not paid, This has been a horrendous experience and I do NOT recommend Addicted to Pets on Camano.
