I have a 7month old Lab puppy, she is a wiggly monster. They were able to trim her nails in 5 min. They didn't shame me or make me feel bad that my puppy is a puppy. I couldn't wait to schedule an appointment-you can tell everyone there will care for your dog. They talked to Luna and I don't even think she barked because the attention they gave her- fabulous service! Oh and for a nail trim they let me do a walk in! I had been struggling trying to trim myself and her nails were getting knarly so they saved me!

We connected with another awesome groomer in Oak Harbor but then she became unresponsive. We had a very bad experience with grooming at a local vet clinic and I was thinking I'd have to drive to Seattle to find a good cat groomer. So I was elated to find Michelle. I was hesitant to try someone new because I didn't want to put our cat in another compromising situation, but Michelle was fantastic. She's very communicative, she didn't demand that our cat be drugged before grooming, she was unbelievably fast, and her place is super peaceful -- I've never seen more than one fur baby in her studio at a time. Our cat lost part of her jaw after being hit by a car and has trouble keeping her long fur clean. Michelle's expert grooming makes it easy for our kitty to stay clean and be even more adorable than she already is in her special lion cut. Super nice person, loves animals, terrific pricing, easy location. Just WINNING all the way around.

Recently, my littlest cat was acting very weird and stopped eating over a period of a few days. I thought it might be because of the heat wave we were having at the time, but when she got increasingly lethargic and started hiding, I got worried and called Chuckanut Valley. They got us right in! After quite a bit of poking and prodding, not to mention a full panel of tests, it was determined that my cat was likely just hot. It was a pretty expensive diagnosis, but I was relieved it wasn't something worse. The doctors and staff here are always so loving and kind. And while their prices are definitely premium (aren't all vets?) I do appreciate they have prescription meds on hand when I need them for my pets, and offer discounts if you offer full diagnostic panels. I am so happy to have found them!

Alicia has closed her business and moved out of state per her relationship and someone else has moved into her spot and it now has a different name. THIS IS NOT THE SAME BUSINESS AND SHE DIDN'T TRAIN ALICIA. I haven't gone there but I've talked to her myself and didn't get that same caring feeling that I'm use to I also haven't heard good things about her in particular. She looks like she's cashing in on Alicia's old clients. It'll be hard to find a groomer that will drive to your house to shave your physically challenged cat's belly or who will cry when your old dog passes because she truly loved him. Where ever and if she ever opens a new salon in her new home, they will be truly lucky.

All I asked for was half of the emergency visit bill, which she has not paid, This has been a horrendous experience and I do NOT recommend Addicted to Pets on Camano.

When it was in the pen with its siblings, it cowered in a corner while its siblings romped and played and jumped all over it. This scared little puppy would not have fit at all well with my household. She tried to tell me it was just scared about leaving its mother, but its siblings were not at all scared. When I explained why I didn't want the puppy, she became irate and told me I was a horrible person, etc. She refunded only half my money. I feel like the victim of false advertising--the puppy was nothing like the rambunctious puppies in the video, and I was not informed of that before I put down the deposit. I cannot recommend this breeder.
