I was afraid she might strip him down since, as I said, he was matted, but she left him with a beautiful, velour summer pet clip. in addition, she took extra care to brush out his undocked tail into an impressive full flag. We are very happy with the result. We would continue to schedule grooming sessions with Paws Spa, but unfortunately we are moving out of range. one more comment: it was clear that the groomer was kind and gentle as our Poodle was happy and relaxed (and clean) when she brought him in from her grooming van. Finally had a chance to check out the Blue Cow Anacortes location last week - I really like the…read morelayout much better than the MV one (which can be hard to get into and out of on busy days. The Anacortes location is on a much bigger piece of property, with the vacuums conveniently located so you can actually get to them easily. The rest of the setup is pretty similar to MV, including self-serve and automatic car wash options, an easy check-in process (although, weirdly, the credit card option was down on the day of my visit so they were taking cash only), and you can still use your wash pass even if purchased at the other location. My biggest complaint about Blue Cow is that there aren't more of them! We could definitely use a second location in the MV area, and maybe one up in Bham too? :)

Sides generally get clean, but the front, back, and corners are questionable. Not sure it's worth the money especially when I have a few scratches that I can't say for sure are from the car wash, but also can't figure out where they came from. Recently, my littlest cat was acting very weird and stopped eating over a period of a few days. I thought it might be because of the heat wave we were having at the time, but when she got increasingly lethargic and started hiding, I got worried and called Chuckanut Valley. They got us right in! After quite a bit of poking and prodding, not to mention a full panel of tests, it was determined that my cat was likely just hot. It was a pretty expensive diagnosis, but I was relieved it wasn't something worse. The doctors and staff here are always so loving and kind. And while their prices are definitely premium (aren't all vets?) I do appreciate they have prescription meds on hand when I need them for my pets, and offer discounts if you offer full diagnostic panels. I am so happy to have found them!

I took her back and they said "correlation does not imply causation". It was all CYA. " not our problem ". The vet says he'll be right back. He goes out for 10+ minutes. I go to see what's going on. He was typing. My guess is that he is adjusting the report on the procedure. Ultimately my dog died. I'll never go back. And suggest the same for you.
