We live in Folsom and always make the drive out to Cane Corner. The drinks have always been consistently good and fresh! We always get the Pandan milk tea and Avo-Coco. The sweetness for both drinks is just right. Their Matcha quality is really good as well! And what makes the drive worth it most of all is their Pandan Waffle!!! Chewy and pandan goodness on the inside and the perfect crunch on the outside! Nothing like it in the Sacramento area. The next best thing we could think of would be in the Vietnam town in San Jose (iykyk!) Would come back here over and over again and wish this team and small biz more power! Amazing!
If you're in Elk Grove and craving something refreshing, Cane Corner never disappoints. I've been here so many times and they are consistently amazing every single visit. My go-to order is the guava tea with lychee jelly and it is sooo good. It's super refreshing, perfectly sweet, and I love the little guava bits in every sip. It just hits every time. The ambiance inside is such a vibe, clean and cute, and a great spot to hang out. I also love that they offer phone orders because it can definitely get busy, and that option makes everything so much easier. The staff are always kind, welcoming, and efficient, which makes me want to keep coming back. This time I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try the mango sticky rice drink and oh my gosh... I get the hype now. I've never had a mango sticky rice drink before and I expected it to be heavy, but it was actually so light and refreshing. It has that creamy mango flavor without feeling overwhelming. I would 1000% order this again and again. If you're looking to try something new or just want a solid go-to drink spot, this is it!
Came here after a year and it didn't disappoint:) I got the mango sticky rice and the mango chunks in it was my favoriteeee. Not too sweet(as someone who usually gets 100% sweetness). The rice was very soft so it doesnt get stuck in your straw compared to other places. My cousin got the avocado purple rice which was good but not my personal preference since I am not a big fan of purple rice. It is on the pricier side but I think it was worth it. Plenty of tables to sit down and chit chat aswell. Would recommend!
After a long hot day I am craving for something refreshing and all I can think was a banana matcha. Almost 7:00 p.m. so I did not want coffee, and I thought I would try this place because my friend told me that she loves banana matcha from here. . And then when I went to the register I actually seen a sign that says purple sticky rice avocado and I was very intrigued and I asked what it was and the service was really well and friendly and informed me that it's like a dessert. . I didn't ask if I can have my banana matcha with purple sticky rice inside and of course they checked and they were able to make it for me and it is additional $1.50 which is worth it because it was actually really good. . The sticky rice is chewy and it feels like you are chewing on some sticky rice and it wasn't sweet which I really like it was just rice taste. Also for my matcha I was able to customize with oat milk instead of regular milk. Also I was able to take out the sweetener inside of the matcha. The banana cream top come standard which I really do love. The banana cream top actually tasted a little bit of artificial banana instead of real banana but it was actually okay and it wasn't too artificial. . Overall I am so glad I got to experience a drink with sticky rice and I am a big fan now. I also like the matcha they use it is great quality and I'm not sure what brand but it tasted good. I would like to come back and try other drinks with more sticky rice inside. They also have some waffle here which I am looking and maybe we'll try in the near future. Stopped in for a quick drink on an early Wednesday afternoon. Ordered the mango bango which comes with different jellies like lychee & pandan jelly & tried the coconut creme smoothie. Both were so good. I really wanted to try the mango sticky rice but next time. Staff were friendly. Very clean & plenty of seating.
Who doesn't love a nice refreshing sugarcane drink on a nice warm day? At first, my GPS directed me around the corner to Burlington coat factory until I checked yelp and saw the "outside" pictures and already knew where this spot was located. I'm glad to have this spot in this plaza! Perfect for a quick bite or a refreshing drink. Love how they have more varieties to choose from!
We came in on a Wednesday, and there were only a few other people in the sugar can shop. There were 2 workers, and neither one of them greeted us. So we went to the kiosk and ordered our drinks and snacks. My best friend ordered 2 Pandan waffles and a kumquat sugar cane. I ordered an original sugar cane and a durian Pandan waffle. I have mixed feelings about the Pandan waffle. My best friend said it lacked the Pandan flavor. I felt that it lacked Pandan flavor and they used too much tapioca starch that the waffle wasn't able to crisp and it was overly chewy. Quite disappointing. But their drinks were good and had great flavor. Maybe I'll give their snacks another try. Their shop was pretty nice and cute. Al the painted Asian inspired art on the wall made me feel like I was in Vietnam. I would come back again to try other items other on their menu.
Overall, their double matcha was surprisingly some of the best matcha I've had. I would totally recommend this place to others. I haven't had their other drinks but I will be back to try. They even had other dessert items. Drink: (5/5) Double Matcha ($7.50): Absolutely delicious. Some of the best matcha that I've ever had. The matcha flavor was perfect, it was strong without tasting bitter. It did not have the earthy and grassy flavor but rather a rich and deep umami flavor. It was very creamy, silky, and milky without tasting just like milk. The matcha foam was also delicious. It was creamy, strong in matcha flavor, and thick, adding to the delicious drink. Though, the drink was a bit sweet for my taste but perfect for those who love sweet matcha. Service & Ambiance: (4/5) The service was good. The drinks took about 8 minutes to come out even though I was the only one there. The ambiance was bright and inviting. There are some tables and chairs so you can hangout in the store. Though, there are not big enough tables for large groups. They also have a restroom for customers.
Was so excited to try their Double Matcha drink only to find out that their matcha is out until Wednesday :(. Ordered the Tiramisu and Pandan Coffee instead (can't go wrong with these)! The Tiramisu coffee has a strong rich flavor. Pandan had the perfect sweetness that mixes well with the coffee. Would definitely want to come back to try their Double Matcha!
Yummm! We got the Pandan waffles, sooooo goooood(: The drinks here are refreshing and creamy! I got the coconut cane last time and loved it. The coconut was smooth and melts in your mouth. We've also ordered the Mango Bango and Mango Addict, both drink were milky, sweet, and tangy. The Mango Addict has a bit too much mango purée for my sister's liking lol the Mango Bango had mango bits and other toppings inside as well (lychee and small tapioca balls). The cashier was friendly and we exchanged conversations. I forgot to take a photo of the yogurt (yogust) but they sell them for $3. Homemade! Interior is bright, nice mural painting of Vietnam and photos of drinks on the wall. One gender neutral restroom. Music is mixture of Vietnamese and English. They take Apple Pay! Ample parking but if you're lucky, you can secure parking in the front.

This is located right next to Paesano's. Literally in its little corner. So "Cane Corner" is the perfect name for them! It's a small location with about 7 tables. This was well advertised all over instagram, so we just had to give it a try since it's different from boba shops. The drinks were so refreshing. It's sweet, but it's all natural sugar! No added sugar. If you let the ice melt down a little, it can tone down the sweetness. I tried the OG sugar cane one, and my husband had the one with pineapple chunks. It just gave it a sweet and tart bite with every sip of his. I enjoyed the OG very much. These drinks are nice for these hot summer days. The pandan waffle is my new fav dessert. It was made to perfection. The bites are crispy on the outside, warm, and chewy. Love the pandan flavor! It would be cool to see other flavor waffles too. read more
Finally a sugarcane store that is much much much closer to home! I ordered A2, the original sugarcane and it was refreshing and not overly sweet. The pandan waffles were made to order, the pandan flavor wasn't too strong, but I really liked the crunchy exterior and mochi-like interior. The service was quick, friendly and there is plenty of parking. Cane Corner is located to the right of Paesanos in case you have trouble spotting it. I will be returning shortly to have more pandan waffles and trying new drink flavors when I get tired of the original sugarcane, but that's unlikely! A nice new gem if you like sugarcane juice. I got the pineapple sugarcane and I thought it was excellent. Not overly sweet and the pineapple comes through. I came here when it wasn't too busy so I got my drink pretty quick. The store was very modern and the bathroom was clean. When I first walk in there, they had menu of suagar cane drinks on the wall to your left, and on the right side was other fruit drinks. The restaurant was pretty small. There were about a few tables and chairs. The cashiers were friendly and welcomed us in. I couldn't chose between the drinks but I end up getting passion mango fruit drink. My cousin ordere the same thing. We also got the pandan waffles. Passion mango drink was sweet! It was good, but on the sweeter side. When I got home I added some water to balance the sweetness. 8/10 Pandan waffle was so good! Flavor and texture was 10/10! It stayed crispy until I got home. Finally got to try this place! I went on the last day of their soft opening where everything was 20% off. Knew I had to take advantage of that but honestly will come back either way! I've only had sugarcane juice once and so when I found out a place was opening up near me I had to try it again. I got the Corner Special which consisted of various toppings and my bf ordered the Pineapple Sugarcane juice. They also offer pandan waffles and it made the place smell so good so we got one of those too. Service was pretty quick despite it being pretty busy. I love anything and everything sweet so I loved my drink. The pineapple one was tasty too. Both were really refreshing. They also offer a wide variety of other drinks including multiple flavored coffees, milk teas, and smoothies! read more

I HAVE A HUGE COMPLAINT. The cups aren't big enough. Honestly, I could down a gallon of their sugar cane. It's that good. I got the kumquat sugar cane, and it was such a hit, especially during a warm, sunny day. The flavors of the kumquat came through making it refreshingly delicious and really compliments the sweetness of the sugar cane. And what is up with the pandan waffles??? How is it possible for something to be that good flavor wise and texturally??? I'm seriously amazed. The outside was perfectly crispy but not hard by any means. The inside was so chewy and fun to eat. The flavors of the pandan was enjoyable with the perfect amount of sweetness where I didn't feel the need to dip it in any condense milk. read more

I was really excited to hear that another sugar cane place was opening up closer to where I live. At first, I thought all sugar cane probably tastes the same but boy was I wrong. The sugar cane from cane corner was delicious. I have been here twice in the last week. They also have other drinks like coffee, milk tea, and fruit tea but I don't think I would be able to order something other than sugar cane unless I'm buying multiple drinks. They also have pandan waffles as well which I thought were delicious! It's crispy on the outside and fluffy/chewy on the inside. There are a couple of tables inside for seating but the place is not that big and spacious. The design on the wall is super cute though. For an establishment that just opened, the service is excellent and quick, the food and drinks are delicious. I'll definitely be back. read more

My first time trying Cane Corner and I am impressed! When I first walked in, I could smell the sugarcane already. I really loved the wall mural they had it was so pretty and beautifully painted. The wait was not too bad either, it took less than 5 minutes! I decided to try the pennywort cane. The drink was absolutely delicious and you can taste the freshness of the drink. However it was a bit too sweet for me so next time I will ask to adjust the sweetness. The star of the show for me was the pandan waffle. I love all things pandan so this pandan waffle was amazing and the flavor was spot on. The outside and edges of the waffle was so crispy and crunchy, while the inside was so soft and fluffy. It almost had like a Mochi texture on the inside which I liked. read more

I'm addicted! I came yesterday and I'm going back today for more (& to try their coffee!) I tried 4 sugarcane drinks (special, original, durian and kumquat) and ordered 3 pandan waffles. I'm usually not a huge fan of DURIAN (but bae is), I had a sip of his drink and I had to take another sip!! The KUMQUAT was one of my top faves. Although it doesn't have strong kumquat flavors, I thought it was really good. My friend tried it and he said it gave him childhood memories back in the motherland!! LOLOLL The SPECIAL is very different from what I've had, there's peanuts, diff jelly & coconut. There's sugarcane, hints of peanut and sweetness. The ORIGINAL was just as good if you're not feeling any flavors. It's a lot more concentrated compared to other places and not watered down. I ordered 3 pandan waffles to bring him to the kids but I accidentally ate two on the way home so the kids had to share one. it was perfect balance of sweetness and crispness, it was also gooey when you pulled it apart! We love sugarcane drinks and we were excited we had another option in the Sacramento/Elk Grove area! In Sacramento, our go-to places for sugarcane drinks have been CocoCane and VitaCane. Cane Corner took over the space formerly occupied by Mango Crazy (which served refreshing agua frescas in delicious flavor combinations like Sip Fresh in Torrance - make sure to check it out next time you are in SoCal)! Cane Corner has a great variety of sugarcane drinks, coffees, milk teas, and the ever popular, pandan waffle! I will also have to try their mango sago dessert the next time we have a craving for something sweet!) There was enough seating for about 25 people and it was a full house with lines out the door for their soft opening! The line moved at a steady pace and we got our order in about 15 minutes which is not bad considering how crowded it was! I hope they keep the prices $6-$7 so I can buy multiple drinks without feeling too guilty. :-) Really glad to have some more solid sugarcane drink options in the area. I think something like this would do well near Sac State, KP International, or in the SF Supermarket Plaza that is in the works in Rancho Cordova! Wishing the new owners much success! read more

second time comin here n god damn man... i ordered the ube coffee thingy and it was so god damn good. like it's really unfathomable how good the subtle ube flavor + the nice vietnamese coffee taste + the smooth creaminess all work really well together. like bro i originally gave this place a 4 but nah dawg. this a 5 now. this ube coffee was sum else. definitely worth a try. girl who made my coffee def knew what she was doin dawg. oh and great service from her and the other staff too. the beverages came out in like a minute!!! so quick and hastily made!!! i was sucking in the icicle cubes after i finished drinking because of how good the drink was bro. shi was really just some of the best. and for $6 i think its a really solid deal. these mfs don't got tax either!!! tax evasion? nah jk idk. recommend. read more

I always stop here whenever I get a chance to get my favorite sugar cane drinks. Inside was clean and quiet. My favorite drinks are pineapple cane and kumquat cane. Service was super friendly and helpful, the drinks always come out fast and fresh. I love their wall decorations, they are very cute and artistic. Their fruit tea is as good as their sugar cane drinks, they're mostly made from fresh fruit which I love. I haven't tried their snack yet, but it looks yum, I would definitely come back and try all of their drinks. read more

Pure all natural sugarcane drinks? Say less!!! I loved getting sugarcane in Vietnam and it was mandatory everyday since it was so hot. It truly cools you down so I'm excited for summer to come around to enjoy these drinks even more. Being able to drink sugarcane very close to home has made my heart happy, it's so conveniently close to the freeway! They are currently in their soft opening phase. So far everyone has been very kind, I can tell they're in training but of course that's understandable. I got the pandan coffee one day with extra milk because I can't have it too caffeinated or else I wouldn't sleep until 3am. It was perfect for me! Pandan flavor was delish, I actually licked the pandan foam LOL I also got the dragon fruit sugarcane which compliments the sugarcane well. The sugarcane was so potent I was shook. Although Dragon Cane was good, I think my go to will always be the Kumquat sugarcane because I love citrus. I like how they play feel good music. The colors of the mural and flowers in the shop really pull everything together too. I see some people studying and also families coming in and out. I'm really happy about having a spot like this in Elk Grove. read more

Decided to make a quick stop in Elk Grove on the way to Tahoe and stumbled upon Cane Corner. I would have to say the greatest bev of the whole trip! My friends and I ordered around 7 drinks. My favorite was the Watermelon Cane. (Fresh Sugar Cane Topped w Fresh Blended Watermelon). All were amazing and tasted fresh! You were able to see the workers press your cane to order. Service was quick, fast, and attentive. We even got a chance to speak to the manager Andrew who told us that they opened recently and the mural on the wall was hand painted! Overall, I would recommend this place to all sugar cane lovers. 5/5 read more

Still in its soft opening phase, but it's already really crowded. Word of mouth traveled really fast for this place. The staff seem very kind and helpful. I would say that I'm very intrigued by the menu. I love sugarcane juice and a lot of fruit juices as well. So I'm glad another spot like this has opened. I will say that even with the warning that orders might take a while to come out, I still felt like it was a long time before I received my drinks. I might be getting picky, but I also thought the music in there was too loud and it got really difficult to hear what order was being called. The interior is really nice, and it's nice to see tons of pictures for the drinks. I like to know how items look before I order them. The only thing is the pricing, thankfully with the soft opening, all drinks are discounted. But without it, it's going to be pricey for each drink. With that being said, I'd still come back. And when it's less busy, I wanna try a pandan waffle. read more
