The customer service was amazing . The young lady helping me contacted someone and they offered a free small Piñata which was truly appreciated . So customer service 5 stars. They were very understanding and helpful . However the custom piñata was -1 star . No effort and not close to the picture I showed them . Which was a piñata they made in the past so I wasn't sure how we got such a different and low effort " iron man " when they have provided quality "iron man " piñata in the past . Especially since the person who took our order took a picture of the first iron I wanted to send to whoever was going to make it maybe not sure who it went to .
