We walked In and were greeted by Darren B. I told him what we were looking for which were King Palms and coming from Orange County California. I was surprised not to see many in this area. He educated us on how Palms are not good for this and showed us which palms work best for us. We had 2 46" and two crêpe myrtles planted the following week thanks to Rafael M. It went smooth on the installation. He was knowledgeable and had his crew making sure our waterlines were hooked up properly and couldn't be happier. Everything went real smooth hope if you need to get Palms or whatever you need they would be a great place for start. ask for the two of them.

We met up with Marc, who handed us off to Kyle, he was awesome, he was able us to give us detailed instructions and guidance on how to care for our tree. My husband and I recently purchase 2 large Japanese Column trees from Moon Nursery on Tule Springs…read moreRd. Before they were delivered, we went back several times to look at our trees to make sure they weren't too large for our yard. Our original salesman was no longer working there, and that's when we met Houghton, who just happened to be around. We explained our concerns about the size of the trees, giving him the measurements of our yard space. He confirmed that they would fit. I was still anxious but went with his expertise. Once we got home, Houghton called us and asked if we would like him to come over and check out the yard personally. (I had thought about asking him but felt foolish. He knew I still had doubts). He came to our home and confirmed that they would fit perfectly. The trees were just delivered and planted. (Side note... the trees delivered were the wrong ones. One call to Houghton (it was his day off), and within no time, we had the correct ones delivered.) I cannot say enough about Houghton. He wasn't even the salesman we purchased the trees from, but his customer service, professionalism and personal concern for our perfect experience, went above and beyond! I strongly recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing trees from Moon Nursery.

We came into this Lowe's for some plants for our backyard. My dog loves to smell flowers and…read morefragrant plants so we needed to get him some. The garden center is nicely organized and is shockingly cool for the middle of summer. I was worried that I be dying trying to pick out some plants but it was actually quite a nice experience. The plants and all of the items that go with plants (like soil and pots, etc.) are well organized and seem to be in great health. I like that it's super organized and you can easily navigate the aisles. Pricing is pretty good too, there seems to always be some sort of sale so you can get quite a few items. The only issue I have is that there are no real registers anymore. It's all self checkout and we did end up having an issue (one plant didn't have a tag) and it kind of took forever to get the price. However, the lady helping us was super friendly and actually did help so I appreciated that. The other thing that annoyed me is that some plants are right outside of the garden center but there is no entrance there anymore so it's super inconvenient to even look at the items there.

Then I went to the store on Marks St, I walked past at least 4 or 5 employees helping customers on my way to the openers. They too are locked up but at least they Have a call button at the cage. I didn't need to use it because 2 workers were right there in that same isle and helped me immediately. Way to go Marks Street and shame on you, Boulder Hwy!

Here's how it works. You buy tickets at the front and each activity has an assigned ticket value. We purchased 40 tickets for $49 and that lasted my 3 year old for 1 hour of fun. Each activity was around 2-4 tickets per round. This isn't a huge attraction, but has enough to do for an hour or so. They have inflatable houses with slides, inflatable obstacle courses, a petting zoo, a maze, and a train. Each activity has an age requirement. There was much more for my three year old to do this year than she could do at two years old. There are little haystacks and pumpkins around the center that make good spots for photos. Food is limited to a couple of snacks like popcorn, flavorless packaged caramel apples, and nachos. Seasonal pumpkin patch is a fun activity for the kids! Just be prepared that it can get a little pricey.

Unfortunately, it's clear this has turned into nothing more than a cash grab. We bought a big stack of tickets upfront (easily $50-60 worth) for the mazes, bounce houses, and activities. When we ran out and realized we only needed one more ticket to let our children finish the last attraction, we politely asked a worker if they could spot us just one as a courtesy since we'd already spent so much. The answer was an immediate, adamant "No." No flexibility, no "let me check with a manager," not even a smile, just a flat refusal. For the sake of literally one ticket (maybe 50 cents' worth), they made us feel like an inconvenience instead of valued guests who had just dropped a small fortune supporting their fundraiser. It completely soured what should have been a joyful evening. We left feeling nickel-and-dimed by a church, of all places. Very disappointing and honestly pretty shameful. There are plenty of other pumpkin patches and fall events in the area that still understand the spirit of community. We won't be back.

This year is supposed to be a tough year to get trees-- according to the news-- chain supply, a growing stoppage several years ago causing a lack of trees now, and sky-high prices. We immediately noted that ALL the trees looked lush and like great contenders. I didn't think the prices were as bad as was to be expected (the news said that one could expect to pay $300-800 for a 6foot tree!!). The price of our tree wasn't even CLOSE to this, much lower-- woot! We didn't get very far, no need to... a 9' Douglass was GORGEOUS, but too big for us.. the 7' Noble beside it was just right! They even loaded it into our truck for us! Definitely will be back again next year!

ZERO STARS: We had lights installed on Feb 19, 2025 and they were working great until the rain from…read moremid November. On Friday after Thanksgiving, the front zone stopped working and after investigating, it looks like they installed the RF receiver in my rain gutter without any waterproofing protection. The WHOLE point of us buying this system is for the Christmas season and I haven't been able to use them on the front of my house....which really disappoints and frustrates me. I've tried contacting our salesman, Ronnie Castillo and he's really not interested in trying to help us...so my husband tried contacting his boss, Nate Miller and we're not getting any responses. I've contacted them through ALL their channels and no one answers their phones or returns calls. Submitted tech ticket, called and left a VM, emailed support, called local office in Las Vegas, and emailing the owner... BUYER BEWARE....Once they get your $$$ they don't care about any Customer service or warranty accountability. And from the looks of other reviews, we're not alone.

No one calls back, no one answers emails, no one picks up the phone. My goal is to warn everyone NOT to use this company. I paid thousands for lights that won't turn on remotely as promised, database doesn't hold programmed information. They sent a tech out 2 weeks ago, was here less than 5 mins and said he'd do an update and be in touch. Still doesn't work.
