************GEM ALERT************************************** If you really are a foodie then you MUST try this place. It's about 15 minutes away from the Strip in Summerlin. Chef's Kitchen is a very unique restaurant that offers breakfast/brunch, and lunch with assorted GLOBAL TWISTS. They also offer a special event seven course Biblical Dinner for parties of ten or more that is very reasonably priced. Soft beverages are served here. Some of the breakfast offerings are Griddles Cakes, French Toast Casserole, Crispy Smash Burritos and a Shakshuka Bowl. Some of the lunch offerings are an Italian Style Panino, a Latin Style Filet Mignon Sandwich, and an Israeli Style Sabich Sandwich. They also offer lunch entrees and a few are a Romanian Short Rib Platter, a Mediterranean Spiced Pork Chop, Arepas, Biblical Style Lamb Chop, and MORE! They started us out by serving very aromatic complimentary za'atar flat bread with oil. It just filled our space with a delicious aroma and the bread was delicious too. Our two lunch entrees really blew me away. Both the chicken (Supreme De Poulet Farci) and the short rib platter (Romanian Mamaliga Short Rib) were SO DARN TENDER and DEVELOPED with concentrated FLAVOR they both were spectacular. It was silly of them to serve these meals with steak knives. You don't even need a butter knife here. YOU DON'T EVEN NEED TEETH because the meat was really THAT TENDER. Both plates were adorned with fresh assorted vegetables that were fresh made and nicely prepared. The short rib came with creamy polenta and the chicken platter came with tiny gold potatoes. Somehow we managed to save room for dessert and tried the Midnight Dubai Indulgence that is really a croissant ice cream bar sandwich embellished with pistachio cream, noodle pastry, Nutella, chocolate, caramel and, white chocolate. It was indulgent and delicious. Our server was attentive and helpful. The Chef was friendly and interesting to chat with. This place will spoil you and change your understanding on what is good. The beef and chicken we tried were so masterfully prepared that you will expect other places to come close. The only downside (if this actually is a downside) is that those dishes are slow cooked so they do take time to prepare. The lunch we tried took around an hour and a half. So enjoy and prepare for that. I Highly recommend to try this place!

This place just opened a few weeks ago and I love it! The Shakshuka bowl was amazing.. hands down the best shakshuka I've ever had, so much flavor packed in this dish. The drip Coffee was very good too. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant with both booths and tables. The owner & Chef is Alan, and he's very helpful and friendly. The server was also super friendly as well as attentive to refilling my coffee. I will definitely be back soon for more

Very nice space with simple decor that feels warm but not overdone. The chef/owner was walking around to each table and personally explaining the menu. It added a really nice touch and made the whole experience feel intentional. My friend ordered the shakshouka served in a bread bowl, and I had the shredded beef arepas. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the plantains and beans on the side were just as good. Everything tasted fresh and well balanced. The menu is an interesting mix, with dishes ranging from Romanian to French, which makes it fun to try something different. We ended with the Rose Milk Cloud dessert. The rose syrup gave it a subtle sweetness without being overpowering. Overall, the food was delicious, and we'll definitely be back to try the French toast and bourekas.

I recently visited Chef's Kitchen, a new spot on W Sahara in Las Vegas, and I was seriously impressed. I tried the shakshuka, and it was absolutely amazing--rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can tell they really care about the quality and authenticity of the food. the bread is amazing! The atmosphere feels fresh and welcoming, and the service was great from start to finish. It's always exciting to find a new place that gets it right, and Chef's Kitchen definitely does. I'll be coming back to try more from the menu. Highly recommend checking it out!

A week ago we had my mom's 60th birthday at Chef's Kitchen, particularly with their Biblical Dinner Experience, and a week later we are still talking about it! My mom loved it (very important, as she is difficult to impress) and so did all our birthday dinner guests. A crowd favorite was the lentil soup and the lamb, as well as St. Peter's Fish and the chicken, however everything was fresh and delicious. The 7 course dinner was interactive and fun, with Chef Alan giving us facts about the food and regions prior to serving the course, while occasionally quizzing us to see if anyone knew any of the answers. We knew a few! One important thing to note was the warmth and welcome of the chefs. That is easily what we remember best, aside from all the delicious food. I highly recommend this fantastic biblical culinary experience, and we will be back soon to try other things they have to offer!

We saw a friend post an Instagram video about Chef's Kitchen and decided to make the quick 15-minute trip off the Las Vegas Strip -- and we have zero regrets. This place is an absolute must-try for any foodie visiting or living in Vegas. Everything is made from scratch by the owner/chef, and you can truly taste the passion and quality in every bite. We ordered the Golden Bourekas Feast Platter, and it was over-the-top delicious. Perfectly prepared, packed with flavor, and beautifully presented -- it was one of those meals where you're already planning your next visit before you even finish. If you're willing to venture just a little off the Strip, Chef's Kitchen is 100% worth it. We'll definitely be back

Sorry for bad photo. I was very excited to eat. Top are the arepas, middle is the shakshuka, bottom is the Bourekas pastry.

Food:5/5 All the dishes I had were delicious with different flavor profiles. Wonderful tasty experience. Service: 5/5 Chef was very friendly and educated me on the dishes he offers, ingredients used, made from scratch and its country of origin. Staff were friendly as well. Ambience: 4/5 considering I was there at 10:30 so it was a bit too quiet. My preference is a little bit of noise, maybe ethic music or some type of instrumental sounds to complement the origin of the different dishes. 1. Middle eastern pastry. Burst of flavors all at once. From in house herbs, spices and sauces. Flaky, crisp and chewy texture of the pastry, light crunch from the diced veggies, creaminess from the medium boiled egg, chutney and sauces. Delicious. 2. North African sourdough bread bowl (shakshuka, something like that) This was great. The sour dough bread bowl had a nice crisp and toasted texture. The filling was a tangy tomato based sauce, ragu with 2 poached eggs medium cooked with a nice creamy texture to it. Topped with a type of white cheese crumble, I think it was feta. Highly recommend using the bread bowl toasted lid and dip away! I added chorizo for $4. Tangy, savory creamy light crisp from the toasted bread. 3. Venezuela Arepas Sweet Caramelized plantains. Melted cheese, jalapeño cilantro black bean purée, crispy mini masa arepas, slow cooked carne machada (beef). This dish was a savory, creamy, tender delight. Final thoughts: Chef's kitchen not only was a delicious experience of flavors and textures but a worldly experience. A breath of fresh air in a Vegas food scene over saturated with the same rinse and repeat food concepts. This is definitely an experience worth checking out more than once. Chef is doing great things for the food scene! I'll be back again chef!! Next time I'll be ordering the rose pedal desert. Supposed to be a unique decadent treat! Please go support and experience. It's nice to try something new and different.

I had a wonderful experience at Chef's Kitchen! The food was great The restaurant was very clean and beautifully decorated. The service was timely. Stop by and try them out. It's on Sahara and Buffalo. So many unique food items to try!

    A gorgeous dessert!

Absolutely phenomenal food, service, and atmosphere! Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. They make everything from scratch (the chef said that the only exception is bacon). Highly HIGHLY recommend! 10/10!

We did the biblical dinner night and all the food was incredible. It was 7 courses and I was basically rolling out of there. The host was so nice, it honestly made me feel like I was at a family/friends house, thats how welcoming everyone was.

I had an incredible dining experience at The Chef's Kitchen! Every dish was made fresh and thoughtfully crafted. The standout highlights for me were the tender, flavorful lamb and the delicious soup. Honestly, one of the best meals I've ever had. Highly recommend it!

I had a delicious breakfast, I ordered the Beef Bureka platter which is a flaky and crispy pastry filled with beef, accompanied by soft boiled eggs which were super delicious and a caffe latte. The platter also comes with a side of tasty sauces. Highly recommended this restaurant home made cooking, friendly and attentive service, Kennedy the hostess is a gem, and great ambiance.

    Cuban Sandwich
    Santina F.

The Cuban sandwich was absolutely amazing--packed with flavor and perfectly pressed. The potatoes that came with it were well-seasoned, and honestly just as impressive as the sandwich itself. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was friendly, attentive, and on point the entire time. Everything came out fresh and hot, and you can tell they really care about quality. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to and recommending to others.

Not only were she and Natalie the coolest, Chef Vee tailored everything on the menu towards what we were looking for (and some we didn't know we were looking for...).
