This was my first order since the new owners took over. I ordered on line, several hours before I wanted to pick up my food, and it was hot and ready when I arrived. Going into the restaurant , the first thing I noticed was how clean and bright everything looked! My food was packed well for takeout and the portion sizes were generous. As I pick the food up, I get to taste a little of my son's items, and it was delicious! I'm not a big eater, so I have enough for a second meal! I was also impressed by the number of sides offered as I am not a big fan of fries Great job. We will be back soon

This local diner is seriously on point. Great food, friendly, amazingly quick service and a very comfortable and clean dining area that immediately makes you feel welcome and at home. Breakfast, lunch or dinner you really can't go wrong. The fish fry is OUTSTANDING. And the home made pie selection is a delectable delight!!! If you are in the area I highly recommend you check this place out !!!!

nice small town diner located in the plaza next to the grocery store. both of our breakfast choices were good ... including the coffee. our server was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. we were both happy that we chose this diner for breakfast. we also thought the phone booth was a nice touch :)

    Turkey club! Yummy!

Just stopped in for lunch driving into Buffalo. Food looked good on the Yelp. I am glad I did! Great service and great food. Busy place. Nice!

This is a great local breakfast diner. We went for the first time with our toddler and immediately loved the atmosphere - everyone greets you when you walk in so it's a very welcoming place. I wasn't expecting it to be so huge inside - lots of booths and tables available. I ordered my daughter cinnamon toast with her meal and I really enjoyed it - I've never had toast like that and it was probably my favorite part of breakfast! I had corned beef hash and that was also very delicious.

In our venture to find the best diners/cafes in WNY, I decided to take a leisurely drive to Akron to this small town restaurant . Prices are super affordable. Service is fast yet friendly . A three cheese omelet came with your choice of toast . I changed it up from my usual rye and got raisin bread (good choice I may add) . Sadly, I didn't realize the omelette didn't come with home fries but I asked the server if I could have an order and they showed up in just a few minutes with the largest bottle of Frank's hot sauce I've ever seen . The cheesy but basic omelette hit the spot . The home fries were good but not my top spot to get home fries. I would come back for lunch or dinner because between the prices, service , food and ambiance, I was quite pleased with Candy Apple Cafe!

Cute, restaurant located in Village of Akron, if your loking for a reasonable, quaint, large portion restaurant look no further. Homey, environment with decor and wood booths. Excellent service, great attentive waitresses. It nice to go out to eat where if you have any food related questions its ok to ask. Give this place a try, will return for either breakfest or lunch. I ordered Chicken Parmesan, check out the size.

First time here after recommendation from family member. This place definitely did not disappoint. Food and service were fantastic. It is located in an unassuming building in a small plaza kind of next to a Shurfine grocery store. It's alot bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. My breakfast sandwich was exactly the way i ordered and husband loved his breakfast skillet. He said the potatoes were so good and unique, not like the typical home fries. Oh, and the way, super good prices!!

A tasty club and s lot of fries, $6.50!!!

Candy Apple Cafe, why have we not eaten here more often? We have lived in the area for 7 years and complain of the lack of great places to eat at. Candy Apple is our new go to place. A great menu, Rock bottom proces, a great staff and no wait. I had the turkey club with curly fries, where can you get a sandwich these days for $6.50?? it was as good as a club can get. I can wait to try their daily specials and other menu items. My only complaint all the items are home meade but the mashed potatoes are not. I would love to see owners or managment change this to real in house made potatoes. If you are in the area stop reading this and get here if your not in the area take a drive in the country!

What a hidden gem! I don't know how I just discovered this place. Super cute diner with very friendly staff. On Saturday's they have a homemade corned beef hash that is to die for! Their home fries are amazing. This has become our new go to spot!

I noticed they had a lot of local makers' products here, plus some Amish goods from out of state. I really liked that they had gifts here as well, like baskets and goat milk soaps. The women running the store at the time were incredibly friendly, offering to help me out if I needed it, and just generally making my experience pleasant. I'm definitely going to keep this place in mind next time I'm in Akron!

Once I noticed Oreo behind the counter sleeping on his bed, I struck up a conversation. When you head on over for the seasonal (strawberry Christmas jam or sugar free fruit jams) or Perry's ice cream apparel/fun gift ideas for Perry's lovers, be sure to ask if Oreos working, only if you are a fur baby lover like I!

I was greeted at the door by the bestest boy/doggo named Teddy and someone who I assumed was one of the owners. The shop is very cute, lots of gnomes, rubber ducks, and fun quotes showcasing the owners' sense of humor. The owner was actually very helpful and gave me tips on how to best enjoy my baked goods. I got ten items for a very reasonable price! Sweet roll: one of their popular items. A roll with warm sugar and cinnamon on the inside and gooey frosting on top, but I can see why they don't advertise it as a cinnamon roll. It doesn't smack you in the face with that cinnamon flavor, but has all the other good parts of the roll. Blueberry muffin: not too sweet and chock full of blueberries and streusel topping! Turnovers: I wasn't a fan of the icing sugar topping, but the puff pastry was light and flaky. I'm sure if I was home and was able to pop it in the oven it would have been amazing! Cupcakes: this was a surprising gem for me. I generally find cupcakes and their frosting to be too sweet, but the actual cake was light on the sugar and balanced well with the buttercream. The cake felt a little dry, but my cupcake was chocolate flavored and sometimes that has an innate dryness to it. I looked online, and they actually have a crazy amount of cool flavors! I would love to come back to try more flavors. All in all, a very pleasant experience, if you're in Corfu you should definitely stop by :)

Tim Horton's is similar to a Dunkin' Donuts. Entered the store to us being the only guests. They have a variety of bagels and sandwiches. We placed our order at the counter. A BLT and soup for me. Hubby had a large cup of chili. My BLT was prepared to order, all fresh ingredients in a ciabatta bread. Generous on the bacon too. My chicken noodle soup could've been a meal in itself. Good comfort food. Hubby enjoyed the hearty home style chili. Service was good and the restaurant was clean. It also had a cute corner with couches and a mock fireplace. Amy O [Reno NV] shared that they serve pretty good coffee. I guess we missed the mark... Tim Hortons® is famous for its fresh coffee! Unfortunately, I don't drink coffee and hubby had a cup of water. Now we have to go back and get a few bags to bring home for the coffee drinkers in my family. Tim Horton is based in Toronto but when I looked for locations nearby it also said that they had restaurants in the Middle East including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait... and, of course, the U.S. And finally we bought a couple of chocolate donuts to go. These were a little chewy and not pillowy soft. I've had better. Review #3008

This is not a good idea to instigate such things especially lately, instead I just wait for it to come to me. So to speak. The coffee is usually really good in the morning and usually not quite so hot (including literally) late at night and generally speaking, inconsistency can be a problem - but as long as you're going first thing in the morning you should be okay. They haven't messed up the coffee too often in the morning despite being much better than they are at night. Some of the drive-thru servers are not friendly at all but then neither is your grandma. And if you don't drink anything bad for you (like coffee) and eat crap (like donuts) then you might stay "Thin Hortons."
