I have been hesitant to give anyone a truly negative review due to the national health crisis we are all dealing with - But after several tries with the same issues I'm afraid that I have to give some brutally honest feedback. Issue: Extreme rudeness-we have delt with several people from both the dining room and the drive through, in almost every instance our order has been accepted with a horrible attitude. Nasty tones, condescending behavior, impatience and a general feeling/impression that everyone there has a serious chip on their shoulders that they proceed to take it out on the customer at every opportunity. For example: Today (in an all but empty restaurant) I rattled off my order (a spicy mcchicken and order of nuggets) and then asked about sweet tea, as I was not sure if it was available (as this location has been having issues with product availability for a while now). I got a huge eye roll and was told in a shockingly nasty, abrupt, and irritable tone: "sure-how about you tell me what kind of sause you want for your nuggets first, sir?" For a second I froze - my wife and I shared a shocked look. Then got a "SIR?" I ordered buffalo sause for my nuggets, my wife ordered hers, we paid, ate and left. We had no idea what to make of this attitude, and it really put us off of our meal. As did the flies that were buzzing about. read more

Usually when I see a McDonald's, I am McGone-ald's in 60 seconds. But this one is decent. This is the McDonald's right by my house and they are actually really friendly here. The last few times I came here, they had fresh stuff, and the french fries were just made, hot, salty and greasy. And the Big Macs were hot so I have to raise them to 3 stars now. read more

Don't waste your time or money. Service is slow. Took them 15 minutes to give us our iced teas. We ordered two sausage McMuffins with egg meals. Our hash browns were hard and tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile. My McMuffin was burnt and almost too hard to eat. See pics. While we were there, we noticed that they messed up at least 3 of the orders ahead of us and one guy got fed up and just left what they gave him on the counter. I would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone. Service is terrible and the staff looked like half of them didn't know what they were doing and the other half looked like they were in a bad mood including the manager who looked like she was ready to quit and walk out the door. read more

McDonalds is McDonalds so i expect greasy crap overpriced food. Guess again because these jokers get paid 15 bucks an hour to mess up my order every time i go through. I always ask for no mayo. Guess what they put on my mchicken every time i order one. More mayo. I have noticed a trend of not caring about masks and bluetooth speakers blaring whatever trash the employees enjoy listening to. Monday to Tuesday the staff is great. Specifically a younger blonde girl she always nails it. Every other day of the week i dont bother going anymore. On multiple occasions i have walked out after rude and dismissive employees. I get it that no one wants to work now a days but cmon its easier to go to dollar general to buy an iced tea and candy bar on my lunch break now. Im done with their crap. Stop hiring stoners and get some competent people in. read more

Went here to eat before a concert at Darien Lake as we didn't want to have to pay the insane food prices there. This location has touch screens which the employees take full advantage of so they don't have to interact with you at all. When our food was ready, the staff slammed the bag on the counter and immediately left. We had to ask for our drink cups. The drink station was filthy as were most of the tables. The garbage cans were overflowing. When we sat down we realized they had included no condiments and we weren't going to try and get their attention again for ketchup. The only reason I rated them above a 1 was they got our orders right. Food was typical McDonald's quality and the restaurant is gross and the employees rude. Don't bother. read more

Tried out the blueberry muffin this morning and was not disappointed! Super moist and not warm at all.... which is perfect! (Who even likes their blueberry muffins warm? Chocolate chip, yes. But blueberry?? Timmy Ho's can hold onto their dry blueberry muffins) The cashier even gave me my penny back! ZERO STARS!!! This location is a joke! The previous person who stated that this location will just argue with customers when a customer complain is correct. Apparently, these employees need to be taught customers are always correct. I'm not trying to be mean but seriously, how hard is it to make a sandwich? Make it correctly at that? Apparently, very, for this location. I just went on Sunday to get a GRILLED ARTISAN Sandwich and asked specifically no lettuce. What do I get? Well I got a crispy chicken with mayo.!?!?! My husband hates mayo and lettuce. I get home and my husbands opens it and was mad. So, me being 9 months pregnant, I'm now furious, I jump in the car go back order the sandwich again, in hopes to get it right. Well, shocker, nope! I pull up, order, get to window to pay, I ask the lady to check to make sure it's right, she takes it out, and again it was wrong, she has them make it again, then says here you go it's right. I get it home, my husband takes it out and looks at it and says seriously? It was a piece of dried out chicken, plain. What happened to the vinaigrette dressing, and tomato? So tonight which is Thursday, he stops back cause he just worked 15 hours and hasn't had time to eat all day ordered the same thing. Same situation again. Same manager. I called to complain and she argued with me. I'm calling corporate tomorrow morning once agin. At the end of the day, this job can't be this difficult. It's fountain machine a joke staff was cussing and looked dirty at me. Garbage can is over flowing and makes the "dining area" smell like a dump. The butterflies and plastic sheets on the walls make the area cramped and appear tacky. read more

My mother is an 87 years young Akron resident and has visited this location for years. During the week of August 5, 2019 she went to this McDonald's and ordered a cheeseburger, small fries and small pop - and was charged over $10! The person never bothered to mention she could order a value meal - or whatever you call it, for significantly less. The person could have used empathy and common sense, and could have questioned why a very senior, senior lady would spend 10$ for a McDonald's cheeseburger, fries and drink? Come on - this is either lazy, incompetence or exploitation. And my mom questioned the cost, yet was told - "well that's what you ordered." AVOID this place - go to Tim Hortons instead - it's better food, and only one driveway down Main Street. read more

OK, have not been to a McDonald's, other than coffee, in a very long time (years actually). Ordered at the drive thru. Quarter pounder with cheese and a med. chocolate shake. With tax came to $10.96, seemed pricey to me so I asked the guy at the window. He rattled off the price for the two items so I paid, 5 something for the quarter pounder and 4 something for the med. shake. I think I'll stick to just going there for coffee! read more
