She went above and beyond to make sure me and my guests were taking care of. The serving staff was very professional, and there was even a bartender available for hire for the event which we did book so that our guests could enjoy a drink if they wanted. I have had many parties in the recent few years and this was a perfect location with plenty of parking for our guests. Every single staff member at the hall had their responsibility and they took care of us 100% and provided top notch service. If someone dropped food or spilled a drink they cleaned it up right away. My head is spinning because I'm thinking I have a place for a party, I have food, I have a dj, I have flowers, I have a photo booth, I have a desert table now I have nothing. It's now 3 months before the party and the week after mother's day. That's why I booked a year in advance. She then tells me she has graciously refunded everyone's money who asked for it.
