And they're super strict on when they can see your kid. So you are at the mercy of their schedule. They don't take late afternoon appointments. They don't take super early appointments. You can't get in on a Saturday unless maybe it's an urgent walk-in. It is so incredibly inconvenient. This is not the place for you if you work or have a busy schedule. I have met doctors who worked without functioning electricity or fancy toys or access to the latest medicine at the time that cured me of serious illnesses as a child and it is pathetic to see that for supposedly the greatest medical care in the world, this lot cares more about money than a child's wellbeing. And their billing? Utter and complete s--show. Everytime we go in there and ask if there are any outstanding dues we are told "no outstanding dues." Then suddenly a statement shows up from 6 months or 2 years prior or a collections notice. The net effect being they refused care for one of my children because of an outstanding balance for the other. Absolutely pathetic.

They've made vast improvements in their operations and we've had more positive experiences here over the past few months, such as text messages for appointments, online check-in (link is texted and emailed over to you), vaccine clinics, and shorter wait times. We've gone to both the Greenbriar and Centreville locations so our experiences reflect the doctors and nurses there. I've had a pleasant experience with most of the providers and healthcare staff with the exception of 1-2 one off experiences. I've been able to come in for same-day appointments as needed and have received callbacks from the nurse advice hotline within an hour or so of leaving a message. I feel confident that my kids are in good hands when we come here, and hope that their operations continue to improve to make our experiences even more seamless.
