I deducted two stars because the intravenous catheter insertion was quite difficult. There were marks of five attempts in my upper arm elbow area. A final successfut insertion was completed on the top of my wrist. I am 84 years old. I spent 21 years in the Navy where teenagers took my blood without difficulty. Since then, I have had many blood tests in doctor's offices without the difficulty I experienced for the MRI. The intravenous catheter was inserted in a closet sized room where the technician had to stand and lean over me (in a corner) to inset the catheter needle. I believe the cramped quarters and the technician's contortion may have contributed to the unpleasent experience.
