Dr. Kruzick is a wonderful doctor, not only is she knowledgeable, but takes time to listen to her patients. Can't recommend her enough!

The receptionist may be friendly but the nurses are not trained. The new nurse asked if my relative…read moreknew what she was given and the dosage. The nurse reviewed my relative's charts and still gave her the wrong dosage. My relative is given a diluted dosage due to adverse reactions. So her arm swelled to the point where her skin was stretched and painful and the swelling spread past the elbow halfway up the forearm and also caused a weird discoloration/bruise. The receptionist called us a week later letting us know this was a mistake made by the nurse and that Dr. Ahmad Hamad would be able to talk to us during our next visit in two weeks. IF this doctor had any sincerity he would have called us personally or at least let his receptionist know to apologize to the patient. This happened while we were on vacation which ruined our trip and caused us to cancel our non-refundable activities. We will not be returning. I would like to offer more photos as an example but unfortunately didn't not take anymore since we were focused on trying to reduce it and stop the spreading. But, a photo has been attached to show the swelling past the elbow, the redness that accompanied it, as well as a halfway swollen forearm. When you compare the injection site to the area closer to the wrist in the picture, you can tell how swollen her arm became.

Dr. Hamad helped get a severe asthma flare-up that happened after I replaced allergy shots with…read moresublingual allergy drops (huge failed experiment). He reviewed my allergy tests and told me that I had too many allergies for drops to be effective. He helped me get the asthma under control and quickly restart shots. If you have to do allergy shots, I can't rave enough about this office. They have very generous shot hours, are willing to do what it takes to keep them on track, and have great hospitality. When I got shots before, I usually had to take time off of work because they had such limited shot hours -- which is why I switched to drops in the first place. They have much longer shot hours and it makes a huge difference.
