PLEASE FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR AND ANOTHER PULMONOLOGY PRACTICE!…read more Dr. Granada did not show up to my scheduled telehealth appointment, after I arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment (as required), and after his staff informed me that Dr. Granada would be running 20 minutes late. I made 7 attempts to reschedule an appointment with Dr. Granada. In doing so, I routinely waited on hold for more than 25 minutes, only to receive unhelpful return calls from his office instructing me to call the office for an appointment...which started the process of waiting on hold and receiving an unhelpful return message all over again. After a week of attempt to reschedule the appointment Dr. Granada missed, I received a message that the doctor would be unavailable for appointments for the entire following week. This practice and this doctor do not have any care or concern for their patients at all. RUN!

I've had an extremely frustrating experience with Allergy Partners, and unfortunately it comes down…read moreto poor communication and lack of professionalism from the front desk staff. From the beginning, no one clearly explained potential charges. There seems to be zero consistency in communication between staff and the doctor. I was told after the fact that I would be charged for services they assumed I "should have known" about even though no one ever mentioned them beforehand. I paid to have my 11-year-old son's serum overnight shipped, which was already an added expense. After that, there was no follow-up or confirmation that it was received. Instead, it was somehow sent back to another Allergy Partners location, and I had to go through the process of shipping it again. On top of that, I submitted school forms that were extremely important only to be told they were shredded. I had to go back to the school, get everything redone, and resubmit the paperwork. Then, unexpectedly, I was told I would be charged for the forms as well, which was never communicated upfront. This entire experience has been disorganized, stressful, and especially disappointing when you're dealing with a child's healthcare. Clear communication, basic organization, and empathy should be the standard and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.

When the office manager called me (3 weeks after I requested a call) she was very rude. I do not and would never recommend this place.

I would have given a better review of this practice but unfortunately our last visit with Dr…read more Amisha Jain was a horrible and unprofessional experience. She only took 5 minutes to examine and treat my daughter after she was admitted to the ER the night before. Furthermore, she did not provide any medical treatment plan to follow. You would think she would take the time to properly assess my daughter's symptoms and not dismiss our concerns after a serious ER visit. She appeared disinterested and numb to the work shes doing. It is unfortunate because I previously respected this practice and the level of care Dr. Clayton and Dr. Assefa gave to our family. Dr. Clayton and Dr. Assefa in particular, were previously treating my daughter and took exceptional care in making sure our questions were answered and we had a proper treatment plan in place. They were kind, patient, and did not rush through the appointment.
