He is a friendly person who really cares a lot about his patients. I am thankful that I found him. If this guy is your doctor, you are in good hands.

I made 7 attempts to reschedule an appointment with Dr. Granada. In doing so, I routinely waited on hold for more than 25 minutes, only to receive unhelpful return calls from his office instructing me to call the office for an appointment...which started the process of waiting on hold and receiving an unhelpful return message all over again. After a week of attempt to reschedule the appointment Dr. Granada missed, I received a message that the doctor would be unavailable for appointments for the entire following week. This practice and this doctor do not have any care or concern for their patients at all. RUN!

I waited 45 minutes after my vitals were documented and, ultimately left, prior to seeing the doctor. I could over hear the office staff having casual conversations, yet nobody informed me of the expected wait time or offered an explanation for the delay. As I was leaving, I asked the front office staff if leaving patients in the waiting room for 45 minutes was typical protocol - I didn't expect a response as the staff seemed annoyed that I was interrupting their casual day.

She only took 5 minutes to examine and treat my daughter after she was admitted to the ER the night before. Furthermore, she did not provide any medical treatment plan to follow. You would think she would take the time to properly assess my daughter's symptoms and not dismiss our concerns after a serious ER visit. She appeared disinterested and numb to the work shes doing. It is unfortunate because I previously respected this practice and the level of care Dr. Clayton and Dr. Assefa gave to our family. Dr. Clayton and Dr. Assefa in particular, were previously treating my daughter and took exceptional care in making sure our questions were answered and we had a proper treatment plan in place. For years, I…read morehad been dealing with chronic sinus infections and pneumonia, frequently in and out of ENT offices, and on rounds of antibiotics and steroids up to 7 or 8 times a year. As someone in their 30s, it was beyond frustrating to have such a poor quality of life. I was often dismissed as just another sinus infection case, and it felt like no one was truly looking for the root of the problem. But then I met Dr. Wasan. She was the only doctor who didn't give up on me. She approached my case holistically, constantly working to find alternative treatments and never once treating me as just another patient. Thanks to her persistence, Dr. Wasan successfully diagnosed what others couldn't for decades: it wasn't allergies or a sinus issue causing my infections--it was severe acid reflux. Since receiving the correct diagnosis and treatment, my life has completely changed. My symptoms are gone, and I haven't needed antibiotics in over a year.
