No other doctor I've seen ever made this connection. When you have to get refills on your allergy serum, you always meet up with a nurse practitioner, not Dr. Nsouli himself. I don't have an incision line with stitch scars as expected, I have a quarter size hole 100% unhealed with antibiotic ointment. I never saw a bona fide MD only PA & wound care staff who are incompetent IMHO despite my concerns voiced when stitches were removed. I will not return to this quack outfit again. A family MD removed two prior cysts the day he saw me with no delays & no complications. Find another dermatologist. PS Staff do not give post op directions clearly, they are more worried about face mask wearing which is like catching gnats with a tennis net.

I would come in 15 minutes early and sit there for upwards of 45 minutes before going to a room and then sit in the room for another 30 minutes. Here - they must be scheduling wizards because on the three visits I have had, I was checked in, sat for about a minute (ok, maybe 5... maybe) and was then seen by the assistant and then within minutes the physician. An appointment that would have taken my close to two hours previously was like 20 minutes. I LOVE THAT.
