The driver will not deliver to my house even though I pay excessive express postage fees. States on the card no one answered but yet he didn't even attempt it. Then they go to a post office that is a half hour drive away to pick it up only after an addition week of waiting for him to drop the pick up card in the mail box. Pure and utter laziness on CP part. Numerous complaints filed but I guess the union doesn't allow discipline. Now I try and have all my deliveries sent by an actual courier so i received it when Im supposed to.

The Delivery Notice says that I can pick up my package at 6pm and it shows you the address where you can pick it up. So, I called the Pearl Cleaners Post Outlet to confirm if my package is there. No answer. I've tried several times. I've decided to go there and pick it up. I've drove 30 minutes to get there and when I get there, the guy scanned the Delivery Notice and he was like "It's not in the system. Unfortunately it's not in the system so we don't know where it is." and then I told him, the package is a small box. And then the old lady who also works there, told the guy "It's not there, we haven't scanned the items yet. Help the next client." I was like wth? I am still talking to them and I can see my parcel just behind him. I told him, here's my ID and check that parcel over there. He was like "Nope, can't help you. We have to add it to the system first. Then the old lady told me "It's not here, we can't help you. Come back tomorrow morning at 10am. It wasn't a good experience at all, considering my package is already there in front of them. So, the next day, after eating breakfast, I went there at 10am. Then guess what? They said it's not ready yet unfortunately. It's a different lady this time. The boxes that were there last night were all gone. I guess they already put it at the back storage somewhere. The lady then told me, we can't help you. You should've called first and before you drove all the way here. I was like well I tried calling several times, but no body answers the phone! She said I have to come back after 1pm because that's when they're gonna scan the items. This place has the worst customer service EVER! I would never go here. If only I can request my parcel to be sent somewhere else other than this postal outlet.

Yes, this post office has all of that charm. Located on "20 Jack and Jill Place," you couldn't ask for a more picturesque place. Perched on the incline headed out of Deer Harbor on Orcas Island, it houses just a few PO Boxes for this tiny community. There are three post offices on the island, actually, and it says something about my affinity for snail mail that I've been into two of them, and been by the third. I actually use the one right up the road from the ferry most often, as I sometimes send cards to friends on my way off the island. After a slow and winding drive through the hills and valleys, I ended up at the post office. This office sits up on a hill overlooking the street below. It is across the street from which appeared to be a market or maybe a tavern. There really isn't any parking here and the hill is quite steep. The post office itself is really cute and well maintained and the workers are really friendly. They kind if give off a small town feel but it's to be expected from the people that live on the island. I think they also have walk up hours (no appointment) for passport office. Packing materials a plenty, gift cards, greeting cards also available here!
