I've come here a few times, and I must say the guys working here are friendly, and provide the right advice as I had a package that I was trying to stuff, that looked like a ball when it was done, and they told me, if I was able to flatten it out, it would be cheaper to mail, as it's gotta fit into the slot. Saved me a few bucks, give you an extra star for that! Even on their busiest of times, like Christmas when everyone is sending everything from old Christmas cake, these guys get through the line-up fast. They also do passport photos here, and sell ink toner, how those two business relate is a question I'm still wondering, as there is one near my house that has this set-up too, I ain't questioning it. All I know is this is the closest place for me around my work that I can ship stuff on the good ol' Canada Post, even though sometimes I think their prices are a rip-off. It's a pretty store, setup with personal mail boxes, selling envelopes and boxes, and yet they still carry a name like 'Photo Express', go figure?

Fantastic customer service. Last time I left the Canada Post downtown on Davie just to come here instead. My box package wouldn't fit into bubble wrapper so I thought I needed to get a bigger box to put it in and buy bubble wrap in addition- the lady at the downtown location simply told me there was no bubble wrap larger than size 7 but had no alternative advice for me. When I went to Photo Express at Oakridge one of the young ladies recommended me package wrapping paper instead! This option and suggestion save me at least $10 and I ended up spending the same amount of money if I had just bought a bubble wrapper.

    For those who live in an apartment, this information is for you!…read more My package has been out for delivery since this morning. 7:51am to be exact. I've sat at home waiting for this package. I didn't even shower because I didn't want to miss the delivery attempt. A few hours later I check the tracking. Oh guess what they attempted to deliver my package. WTF?? How could I have missed this package? I've been home all day waiting for it. I called customer service and this is info I got. The customer service person was very helpful. 1. If the post person is behind, they will not attempt to deliver the package. They will just leave a card. LESSON - DO NOT RELY ON TRACKING 2. They do not deliver to your door. They are only required to deliver to where your mail goes. So, if your building has a designated area for mailboxes, the lobby, they are not required to knock on your door and deliver the package to you. It's up to the post persons discretion. 3. If the package is bigger than your mailbox expect to get a card in your mailbox. Why? Refer to number 2 above. LESSON - Canada post is not in the business of delivering packages. So, what have we learned? 1. The tracking information Canada Post updates means ZERO!! 2. Delivery in their vocabulary means, leave a card 3. USE FEDEX, DHL, CARRIER PIGEON! 4. The tracking information means nothing.!! Don't be as foolish as I was waiting for my package which was out for delivery, why?? Say it all together now: BECAUSE THE TRACKING MEANS NOTHING!!     Believe the negative 1-star reviews of the awful and irresponsible service here. I should have read…read morethe reviews before coming here but thought that dropping off Amazon returns shouldn't be that bad. I never had an issue with an Amazon return. HORRIBLE MISTAKE. I dropped off 3 Amazon parcels to this Punjabi middle aged male manager for return here back on July 15. There is this new system on Amazon where the post office scans the return QR code from your phone and prints the return labels for you. This system solely relies on the post office being competent to scan the QR codes. And the biggest issue is that you don't get a receipt with the tracking info after the scan. This Punjabi manager was having trouble scanning my 3rd item and failed to let me know that I should look out for an email from Amazon confirming the parcel drop off. Because without the confirmation email, Amazon can't track my return. I realized some days later that I received confirmation emails for 2 of the return drop-offs but not for the 3rd item. I contacted all 3 parties: Amazon, Canada Post and the post office and wasted a lot of time going back and forth with them. The Punjabi manager said that Canada Post collects the box of parcels at the end of every day and that he did scan the item so there is nothing he can do. Neither could Amazon or Canada Post do anything about it as I didn't have the tracking number and I was told to contact the post office. Despite leaving my name and phone number for the Punjabi manager, he failed to return my call. I went into the store another time and he wasn't there nor did anyone pick up the phone before I went there. When I went a 3rd time to confront him, he was there but again, he said that he has nothing to do with the returned item not being scanned. He was the one who scanned my item -- of course he should take FULL RESPONSIBILITY! He blamed it on maybe the computer being glitchy and said that the computer doesn't contain info on returned items so he can't go back to track my item. He was very rude and kept talking over me. I said I wanted $43 back from the returned item that never got sent to Amazon but he refused. He wouldn't even give half of the money back. When I told him that I will be writing a 1-star Google review of him, he haughtily said that I can go ahead and do so. The service at this location is incompetent and rude and the staff don't know how to deal with customers. That's why the Punjab gets his nieces to run the store. Consider yourself warned! AVOID THIS PLACE unless you want to lose your hard-earned money!

If you want your package to get delivered then do NOT use Purolator!…read more I had just missed the delivery and was given a package slip to pick up at a depot location on Feb.2 Feb 2 comes around and I am waiting around the location of the depot anticipating to pick up my package ASAP as it was time sensitive. After checking the tracking for 3 hours after the slip had stated the package would be ready by, I get the notification that the package delivery failed because it was being delivered to my house again?? Why? After the second failed attempt I contacted Purolator to please make sure it gets delivered to the location on the package slip left by the first delivery driver, they recommended I change locations closer to my house only for me to google said location and find out it's permanently closed!!! So I have to call again in order to switch back the address... and now my package has been stuck in a "arrived" and "departed" sorting facility limbo. This entire time I'm talking to service agents trying to get any sort of assurance that I can pick up this time sensitive package and they are nice and express apologies for the delays, but are ultimately unhelpful for me when one agent says I can for sure pick it up next day and another agent says it'll be 1-3 business days. As of now there is no estimated delivery date at all. Thanks Purolator! can't believe I even have to give it 1 star when it deserves -5 stars. Edit: still no estimated delivery date and has arriving at the sorting facility twice, awesome!

The shipped company pushed Purolater to investigate and they found it somewhere in Calgary. After it came through Vancouver, they tried to deliver to my place on December 18 and 19 but failed. How come they fail? So I changed to pickup option near my house. Now they changed my request without permission and ask me to come over to Richmond. That's way too far. I'm so tired, frustrated, disgusted with this company. They ruin everything and should be shamed what they are doing. It was Christamas present and there is no point to receive it any more. I decided not to pick up and they will send back to sender and hopefully I can receive the refund. Just don't use Purolator if possible.
