She often doesn't even complete the task that I was hoping to accomplish (in tonight's case, sending a couple of packages back to their rightful owner). She's churlish, obstinate, and generally unhelpful. And it happens again and again. I should know better; it's happened so often. But this is my local postal station, walking distance from my house, so I get suckered into going for convenience's sake. But it's totally not worth it. It's just not. Avoid this place if you can. There were 3 people processing the parcels..one weighed and measured while another asked you all the delivery info..you know..6 day?express?insurance?..then the third took the parcel to the back....it was the most efficient postal team EVER..and they were even nice..no rude bitchy remarks about sending it express or they won't be responsible for it not being there before Christmas..just good ole fashion pleasant and efficient service...YAY!! The new owners changed the inventory but are still so helpful, caring and professional.. no small feat. The last time I was there they learned it was a customer's 90th birthday and offered her anything she wanted from the store.
