Upon checking the order status on Amazon, it indicated the parcel was delivered - I went to the Post Office outlet and it was nowhere to be found... and the clerk had no explanation, other than they check IDs before issuing packages. They either do not check IDs well and gave my package to someone else or have lost my package and have no reasonable explanation. I'll avoid using this outlet again.

It does get busy sometimes, as it is of course a small office (being at the back of the Canadian Greetings store that sells luggage and related items), and there is at most two people working. Sometimes (in off-peak hours it seems) there is only one. The staff does a very good job of addressing every transaction quickly and accurately. I've never had a problem with any item, picking up or sending. Always a nice friendly greeting upon entering. One of my favourite aspects is that they are open rather late: until 7:30 PM Monday through Friday, and until 6:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.

I was never rude like he would say (I am also from France, so maybe cultural barrier) , I just was so confused why there was no wifi so I had to go across the street to get wifi and then send something to the printing computer. Something printed incorrectly and I told him not to charge me for the misprinted item. He goes and says he needs to charge me. I agreed to just pay because whatever. I go and mumble literally "so dumb, whatever" under my breath cause I personally as a business owner would had grace for that situation if something went wrong with the printing service. So..I headed off to Print Express this morning, parcels in hand, and even a coffee and some snacks for what I was expecting to be a long wait. Much to my delight as I entered the shop, there were only 3 people in line...I was sure there was going to be some catch..like all 3 had 27 parcels and letters to different part of the world with special mailing instructions..but shockingly I was wrong...I was up to the counter in under a minute. There were 3 people processing the parcels..one weighed and measured while another asked you all the delivery info..you know..6 day?express?insurance?..then the third took the parcel to the back....it was the most efficient postal team EVER..and they were even nice..no rude bitchy remarks about sending it express or they won't be responsible for it not being there before Christmas..just good ole fashion pleasant and efficient service...YAY!! My least favorite part of the holiday season done..and without a hitch!
