There was a long lineup. We were the last in line even after we got to the front. So I think the trick is to come after 6 pm. Note that they open till 9 pm. So need to come here during the rush which is just right after work. Service was good. The lady just verified B's ID and his new address and he was ready to go. Everything was good. We are not sure if there is free parking but we parked two blocks away and walked over.

I called and was told that it was safe and could pick it up any time. Returned to Post Office around 3:45 and was reunited with my bag which had an iPad, Id's, Ccards and a fair ammount of 2 currencies. I was never rude like he would say (I am also from France, so maybe cultural barrier) , I just was so confused why there was no wifi so I had to go across the street to get wifi and then send something to the printing computer. Something printed incorrectly and I told him not to charge me for the misprinted item. He goes and says he needs to charge me. I agreed to just pay because whatever. I go and mumble literally "so dumb, whatever" under my breath cause I personally as a business owner would had grace for that situation if something went wrong with the printing service. There are packages stacked all over the side walls, like somebody's basement. I've used them a few times. The lineups get pretty bad, easily going over 10+ minutes. The last time I was here, they managed to misplace the package I was picking up. The website showed my package had arrived, but the guy behind the counter couldn't find it after a couple of quick searches. It had to be there somewhere, and the lineup was growing, so I offered to poke around in the back room while he took care of the next customer. I actually had to dig around in the back for 10 minutes going through each rack individually. Finally I located the package. When I showed the staff where it was located, he mentioned it was in the wrong place, which is why he couldn't find it. Good thing I did this, or the package would've sat there for another week, then returned to sender, and I'd be waiting for another month.

I hate the prospect of waiting in line to mail parcels this time of year. So..I headed off to Print Express this morning, parcels in hand, and even a coffee and some snacks for what I was expecting to be a long wait. Much to my delight as I entered the shop, there were only 3 people in line...I was sure there was going to be some catch..like all 3 had 27 parcels and letters to different part of the world with special mailing instructions..but shockingly I was wrong...I was up to the counter in under a minute. There were 3 people processing the parcels..one weighed and measured while another asked you all the delivery info..you know..6 day?express?insurance?..then the third took the parcel to the back....it was the most efficient postal team EVER..and they were even nice..no rude bitchy remarks about sending it express or they won't be responsible for it not being there before Christmas..just good ole fashion pleasant and efficient service...YAY!!
