It seems like no matter…read morewhat time of the day you do..there is always a huge line that takes forever because inevitably some Grandma is mailing 14 separate parcels to her Grandkids and wants to pick out different stamps for each....true story.. So..I headed off to Print Express this morning, parcels in hand, and even a coffee and some snacks for what I was expecting to be a long wait. Much to my delight as I entered the shop, there were only 3 people in line...I was sure there was going to be some catch..like all 3 had 27 parcels and letters to different part of the world with special mailing instructions..but shockingly I was wrong...I was up to the counter in under a minute. There were 3 people processing the parcels..one weighed and measured while another asked you all the delivery info..you know..6 day?express?insurance?..then the third took the parcel to the back....it was the most efficient postal team EVER..and they were even nice..no rude bitchy remarks about sending it express or they won't be responsible for it not being there before Christmas..just good ole fashion pleasant and efficient service...YAY!! My least favorite part of the holiday season done..and without a hitch!

The guy working there has been working there for years. He does the best that he can when the line ups get long, however, people in line just need to be a bit more organized.

Long story short I ordered some clothes and it got shipped to the wrong address. Luckily the address i had it sent to was not home and received a pick up slip. As soon as i realized i called and spoke to someone by the name of Linh to ask if they could keep anyone from picking it up with the slip. She was so amazing she let everyone know and was so nice about it when I came to pick it up I had no issues what so ever the associate already knew what to do because everything was written in the notes. I've come here a few times, and I must say the guys working here are friendly, and provide the right advice as I had a package that I was trying to stuff, that looked like a ball when it was done, and they told me, if I was able to flatten it out, it would be cheaper to mail, as it's gotta fit into the slot. Saved me a few bucks, give you an extra star for that! Even on their busiest of times, like Christmas when everyone is sending everything from old Christmas cake, these guys get through the line-up fast. They also do passport photos here, and sell ink toner, how those two business relate is a question I'm still wondering, as there is one near my house that has this set-up too, I ain't questioning it. All I know is this is the closest place for me around my work that I can ship stuff on the good ol' Canada Post, even though sometimes I think their prices are a rip-off. Fantastic customer service. Last time I left the Canada Post downtown on Davie just to come here instead. My box package wouldn't fit into bubble wrapper so I thought I needed to get a bigger box to put it in and buy bubble wrap in addition- the lady at the downtown location simply told me there was no bubble wrap larger than size 7 but had no alternative advice for me. When I went to Photo Express at Oakridge one of the young ladies recommended me package wrapping paper instead! This option and suggestion save me at least $10 and I ended up spending the same amount of money if I had just bought a bubble wrapper.
