I can tell you that the price is about the same as LD, but the level of personability and service is next to none. The amount of knowledge they have as to what type of picture you need is another thing, whether it be for a passport or a certain country's visa, they will know and they got you covered. I had a great session with Mr. Yoo, he is definitely friendly, and even ask, "how did you hear about us?" which is actually really cool. The setup in here is pretty basic, but hey.... he knows what he is doing with what he has got, and can also do digital only if you need that. I'm not sure whether that is an issue with the scanning process or because Kodak created a new Portra film that is a hybrid of the previous two versions. This new film is causing a bit of a learning process for me. Maybe I'll go to Fuji film.
