Established in 1983.

Photo Express opened in 1983 as a one-hour photofinishing store and over the years has evolved and grown to encompass almost anything to do with a photograph. Over the years we have seen many changes in the technology surrounding photos and we strive to always be ahead of the curve with technology and bring you the best. In 2019 we changed our name to Photo Expressions to better reflect what we do. Our passion is helping you preserve your precious memories in photographs whether that is developing your current prints, taking your passport or ID photos, restoring and scanning your old prints and history, or taking beautiful portraits of you, your family, your pets or your business or event. We also photograph Schools and Sports all over the lower mainland and Kelowna and help schools run easy, profitable fundraisers.

Meet the Business Owner: Marcel C.

Marcel has always loved photography and saw a need for a one hour photofinishing business in 1983. With his business knowledge and expertise, he has lead Photo Expressions through all of the digital changes and helped it to grow and thrive. Photo Expressions is a family run business with additional staff that is like family. One of Marcel's favourite things to do, is chat with customers at the front counter and help them with any photo questions or challenges they are having. He has watched young kids grow up and have families of their own and he has shared in customers joys and sorrows. He loves the day to day operations of Photo Expressions which has caused him to continue working well past the age most people retire. When you love your job it is not work!
