I should have asked first though. I ordered 2 physical pictures and 1 digital (sent by email). Total cost was $32 + tax. All in all I think it's worth it. I got the pictures within 30 minutes.

Realistically, I don't think there's a big difference between this place and Kerrisdale Cameras, but sometimes Broadway gets things before Kerrisdale and vice versa, e.g., when it was released, Broadway got the Sony A7IV in stock before Kerrisdale, but you have to call both stores since the opposite is sometimes true as well. The staff here are generally knowledgeable but, per the above, nowadays, you can also get answers on the internet, so that doesn't obviously add a ton of value.

Frustratingly, I was turned away by two other local printing companies who snootily told me they only deal with creative printing/repo, despite having standard colour printers. However, after stumbling in a blind panic through the bright yellow door, Martin at Rocket kindly printed out two colour copies immediately, no trouble at all, and for free! Super kind. I guess they normally deal with high quality photo prints. Being in such a rush, I left my memory stick behind and he later contacted me to let me know he'd put it aside for safe keeping until I could collect it. Thanks Rocket! Really appreciate your help in my hour of need. I'm looking at getting some black and white film developed soon so will definitely be bringing it along.

The amount of knowledge they have as to what type of picture you need is another thing, whether it be for a passport or a certain country's visa, they will know and they got you covered. I had a great session with Mr. Yoo, he is definitely friendly, and even ask, "how did you hear about us?" which is actually really cool. The setup in here is pretty basic, but hey.... he knows what he is doing with what he has got, and can also do digital only if you need that.
