Realistically, I don't think there's a big difference between this place and Kerrisdale Cameras, but sometimes Broadway gets things before Kerrisdale and vice versa, e.g., when it was released, Broadway got the Sony A7IV in stock before Kerrisdale, but you have to call both stores since the opposite is sometimes true as well. The staff here are generally knowledgeable but, per the above, nowadays, you can also get answers on the internet, so that doesn't obviously add a ton of value.

I can tell you that the price is about the same as LD, but the level of personability and service is next to none. The amount of knowledge they have as to what type of picture you need is another thing, whether it be for a passport or a certain country's visa, they will know and they got you covered. I had a great session with Mr. Yoo, he is definitely friendly, and even ask, "how did you hear about us?" which is actually really cool. The setup in here is pretty basic, but hey.... he knows what he is doing with what he has got, and can also do digital only if you need that. Oddly on this day the debit machine didn't work, but I can confirm he takes this form of payment as well. I hope to use them again and definitely recommend.

These people have no fu**ing clue where the tripod is and how long it will take, it is seriously getting ridiculous. I went to the store, the employees had nothing to say but shook their shoulders. I was thinking of making Broadway camera as my to go store for my business needs, but now I have completely lost trust in them. I will not recommend Broadway Camera to anyone if they are looking for a good after sales service. better buy stuff online or elsewhere.
