My husband and groomsmen do not enjoy taking photos and Daniel was able to make them feel comfortable and they even cracked a few smiles. The most amazing part about our experience with Daniel is that during our most intimate moments like our first look and ceremony, we did not even notice Daniel taking photos. He was able to capture these moments without being intrusive. It is very rare because I have been to many weddings and have seen photographers be very close to the bride and groom and it is extremely distracting. Our photos turned out beautiful and we are extremely happy Daniel was our photographer. Thank you again, Daniel!!

We unfortunately lost our backup photos, Angela said she would get us a copy.. no problem, she said she would retrive a copy after we we did another set of photos with her. My advise..there are many amazing photograhers in the city..she is not one of them.

Angela had to work in the rain and the forest fires smog in Furry Creek. But what she came up with - which only someone with tremendous creativity could do - is made it work to her advantage. The photos of Carolyne/Ashley were almost ethereal. She has incredible patience, a never-ending smile and a lovely warmth. She made all of us feel like my daughter's wedding was as special for her to shoot as it was for us. She worked tirelessly throughout the evening being somehow everywhere at once.....and yet, never in an obtrusive way. By the way, her assistant is equally as lovely.... When I see the proofs I will definitely follow-up on this review....

Kim actually did edit the photos and gave us different versions of each pic. The only thing I could say needs improvement is the time it took to get the photos. Chris and Gina are very talented, with an impeccable eye for composition, colours and detail. 1. Boudoir Shoot I did this with Gina a few years ago in the Port Moody studio, where there are several different sets/backdrops. She's professional but also very friendly, and quickly put me at ease because... let's be real...boudoir shoots could feel goofy. Gina taught me how to pose so that I wasn't all awkward. The photos turned out amazing - classy and beautiful. I pull them out whenever I need a little confidence boost =) 2. Wedding Photography/Photo Booth We were specifically looking for a photographer with a more modern versus soft/vintage style. We worked with Chris and I cannot say enough good things about him. We LOVE our photos - he captured the day/night perfectly. Our friends and family complimented us on how friendly and professional he was during the event. And when we looked at the proofs, I swear he can teleport. I'm not entirely sure how he was able to capture everything that he did... We chose not to do engagement photos, but took post-wedding pictures around town instead. We went to somewhat touristy/over-photographed places (my request - I wanted very "Vancouver" backdrops) but Chris managed to make our pictures look unique (I'm telling you - he has an amazing eye for composition). 3. Photo Booth We used their photo booth for a reception and it was a great addition to the event. The staff was friendly, their props are fun and they have a sparkly GOLD backdrop! 4. Baby Bump Photos I went back to Gina for my baby bump photos. Once again, we did the pictures in their Port Moody studio but this time I was sporting a giant belly. Again, she put me at ease and helped me pose. The photos turned out amazing! 5. Family Portraits We gifted a family portrait to my parents as a Christmas present. We just took the pictures a few days ago so I haven't seen proofs yet... but the experience was great. We pretty much just showed up and Gina did the rest - figuring out different group photo combinations, bribing my toddler to look at the camera, etc. They even have kid-sized backdrops/sets that are super cute. I'm excited to see the pictures.

She made it so easy for Molly to have a non-stressful experience, and provided lots of treats. The results were fantastic, even better than I had hoped for. I ended up buying a whole bunch of the photos because there were so many good ones and I could not choose. She will print them in various sizes, and even offers them on canvas. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend her to anyone. Side note: I'm not sure why it says her business is closed on Yelp since I was there only very recently, and I see her regularly posting photos from new shoots on Instagram.
