Not sure if they are developing it in the back room when they said that. I told them that I need to think about it and walked out. Sounds like the guys that work there are not sure what they are doing. Also note that the two guys that work there doesn't seem to speak very good English.

Before I went, I printed out a piece of paper stating the size in order to make it easier to see the size required. She was quick to recognize the mm and cm . We then went into the photograph room for a shot. The picture looked great. However I wish she has given me a mirror to tidy up a bit of my shoulder / sides before the shot. I should have asked first though. I ordered 2 physical pictures and 1 digital (sent by email). Total cost was $32 + tax. All in all I think it's worth it. I got the pictures within 30 minutes.
