I have yet to see a refund or a replacement version of a badly printed book (which was promised) in Nov. 2023. I have called more times than I care to remember, and either got stone walled or told I was sent an email I never received. Clearly my time is unimportant to them. What makes it all worse is that this was a memorial tribute book that was to mark a date which has now long passed. Never again.

Im sure regularly the Prints are fine here...... but attention to detail is a big part of printing.

The guy here told me I had already picked up my package one day, but after telling him I didn't he finally found it 15 minutes later, after much persuasion to go and look again.

I have had rather large deliveries which I had to pick up here…read more To get to this store I have to park in the mall parking lot, where there are no parking spots ever available near the entrance thus requiring a 200-400m walk into the mall. This store is not accesible from the outside so I have to enter the mall and to enter. Once I pick up the package I have to fight traffic and crowds to return to my vehicle. From start to finish it's an awful experience. There's a closer Canada Post outlet in the Shoppers Drug Mart but Canada Post isn't offering up any clues how to have my mail delivered there instead....blah.

I've had a photo session once before, and a few of the pictures turned out good even though the…read morebackdrops were typically tacky, but the photographer at the time was nice and didn't rush us too much, and we opted for a package that cost $149 plus tax at the time so I could get the CD to enhance the photos myself. Well I regretfully decided to give them a second chance, and really left disappointed. 1. Very rushed, understandable given the December holiday season with back to back appointments I suppose. 2. Different photographer, not up to par (eg. did not suggest backgrounds like the other one who could recommend based on colour of clothing) 3. The pictures were mostly substandard, amateur. Zoomed up so close and off centre that many decent ones were not useful, as they would be too cropped. Out of 20 or so pictures, We chose a couple and regretted after, should have just walked out or gone with one pose. With all the snapping and smiling, I expected a few good pictures and really just compromised on a couple mediocre ones. 4. The attitude of the staff was not professional, as in having personal interactions giving off a tone that they are stressed and could use a few less customers. They weren't unfriendly, but had conversations about bookings and customers in front of us, and I guess our presence didn't help. Needless to say, we are not going to be returning customers. I can't suggest not to go here because I did have decent photos at one time, and the online booking is convenient. It is what it is, a photo centre in Walmart, and even at that we got less than we expected this very last time.
