I was able to order the custom products exactly as I envisioned, with a choice of wood, finish and size to fit my rooms. Having never ordered custom furniture before, I had no idea about the price, but when comparing with other companies, none of the items seemed overpriced. The items were meticulously wrapped for transportation and arrived on time. The quality of the furniture is evident. Blair even followed up to make sure everything was good. Overall, a great experience.

My daughter and I had visited the Vancouver showroom on W 10th at the end of October. Maria took so much time with us explaining how the frame could be customized: I wanted the headboard a little lower, with some of it open to the wall behind it, rather than solid wood right to the top. Nothing was too much trouble. Then she showed us the different wood stains I could choose. Personalized service throughout. Several times later, I emailed questions to her; her answers were prompt and detailed. As promised, the bed was delivered a week ago, early February, as promised. The Coquitlam store also kept me informed on a regular basis of the ETA. I was provided with the contact for the delivery men and they in turn also gave me a window of time for next day's delivery, then called just prior to arrival. Several days after delivery I heard by phone again, to find out if I was happy with everything. I am so happy with the design of the bed, the professional finish on the wood. It suits my bedroom perfectly. The four drawers operate smoothly and provide good storage. After seeing the mattress in the showroom, I had decided to order it, too. It is amazingly comfortable and the total height when on the frame is very manageable for my 5 ft. 2 in. size. Such professional service from beginning to end. N.V.C.

Ah where to start. I ordered over $5000 worth of furniture from accents and deeply regret my…read moredecision. Unfortunately, I have come to suspect that these guys are a semi-scam company selling seconds that other reputable sellers have rejected. The whole delivery was a disaster with the guys leaving black finger prints on the white upholstery and then becoming increasingly impatient to leave despite the 'white glove delivery' in which they say that they will set everything up. They were halfway out the door when I pointed out that several items were missing. After more back and forth it turned out that 2 items 'are still coming' and 2 items were lost by the delivery company (if I hadn't noticed I hate to think how this would have turned out). They left half of a bookshelf in the middle of my living room and left the place with debris strewn everywhere. As soon as they left I checked on the drawers on the dresser and they are all stuck, one worse than the others. I sent an email to customer service about the black handprints and the faulty dresser and the response was just that the 'new dresser was stiff' (no acknowledgement of the handprints-photos attached). In the meantime I had been looking at the dresser and noticed that it has a significant visible sag in the middle which is crunching the drawers together at the centre seam. I sent another email with photos and, this is where I realized that this company is really shady, here is their reply: "What we're seeing appears to be drawer alignment and settling, which can occur with solid wood furniture after transit and during initial placement. This type of issue is typically correctable through minor adjustment or leveling rather than requiring a full replacement, and structurally, the pieces remain sound." They offered a 10% refund for an unusable product. I could go on but you get the point.

I started sending emails asking what is the status of my order. They replied that they are preparing the order, it will be shipped in the next few days and I will receive a tracking number. After a few days of silence, I sent another email inquiring about the shipment. The response was that they found out the top of the table is damaged and this was their last one. Told me they will issue a refund and asked me to send them my credit card number. Absolutely unprofessional and incompetent, to the point where I wonder if this is a legit store or they are a bunch of scammers.

I was hoping to have a couch for Christmas but all the places I went to and checked out online said 2 - 4 weeks or more. I finally found one at Pallucci Furniture and it was a good price which included tax and delivery. I had it delivered in 3 days. The movers were extremely fast and efficient and set it up for me. They are also made in Canada.

They also sell non-Canadian made furniture as well but without customizations. There is no pressure to buy in the store and Irina is super knowledgeable and helpful. You're allowed to sit on all the couches for as long as you want. We went in wanting a Canadian-made couch but none of the ones we sat on we liked. We decided to go with a non-Canadian made sofa called "Kendra." However, when we received it, the tag said Ashley Furniture. We looked up the couch and it turns out it is indeed Ashley's "Kennewick" sofa which sells for $300 less than Pallucci. That is when we found out Pallucci sells other furniture stores' couches with increased pricing and a name change. That was very deceiving and disappointing. What is even worse is that Pallucci only gives a 1 year warranty on the couches that are not Canadian made. However, Ashley furniture (where the couch is from) gives a 3 year warranty. Pallucci has all their deliveries go through Marble Moving. I am not sure what kind of information Pallucci has given but Marble had the wrong couch and the wrong delivery date in their system. They also rarely take calls so we spent several days calling them just to clarify things. However, the movers themselves were nice and careful. If you are wanting Canadian-made then you may want to give this store a try. Otherwise, please do a reverse google image search on all of their couches. Chances are you can find it elsewhere for cheaper. On the plus side, there is free parking in the back. ---Aug 20 2023 Edit-- The owner is very nice and wanted to make amends for what happened. I was refunded the difference between Pallucci's price and Ashley's price. He told me that although they don't hide that they sell other furniture stores' furniture, and they will only tell you where it is from if you ask. He only buys the ones that he knows are good quality. He clarified that they will do price matching on items that are still in stock in the other furniture's website. I have changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars because the Owner has admitted the misunderstanding and wanted to correct it. I think an improvement is to be more open about where the furniture is from. Having it in the price tag of the product would be good. I had really assumed that Pallucci was selling Pallucci-made Furniture and I think many people also think as I do - even when I look at used furniture on Craiglist/Marketplace, people write "couch from Pallucci".

I was brought…read morein to help with sales inside the store while also developing outside sales revenue as well. The owner is nice and the other employees were great. The problem was the wife of the owner who has kind of taken over running the front part of the store. She hired me and I was supposed to work 3 shifts a week in-store and then the outside sales on my own time. The pay for the inside sales was hourly while the compensation for the outside revenue would be commission although she kept avoiding my questions when I tried to pin her down on how that worked. She was always evasive about it and the regular wages were paid in an even sketchier way. My first six shifts went fine and I was selling things and negotiating pricing. The customers liked me and I had even gotten two solid leads on outside sales with a pretty big builder and a new private school. I came into my next shift and worked only to have my immediate Manager tell me the owner's wife had replaced me, but that I could still do the outside sales if I wanted. Yeah, right. Sum total. 7 shifts worked. I signed an employment agreement, but was never given tax forms to fill out. I got completely screwed by this company and by the wife of the owner. Prospective employees beware.
