Extremely helpful, friendly, and so on top of the technology ie setting up files for print. (Try using Kinko's, and then after you've put your head through the wall out of frustration, try using Jas.) I would trust him with any important print jobs (and the UPS 'Q' system allows uploading large files remotely if needed.)

Apparently most of the staff have been there for over 10 years - which seems incredible to me for a courier company (think: high turnover industry). Anyhow: my 2 cents. Okay fine. I call head office and tell them to use our concierge desk, they say okay we'll try again tomorrow. Two days later no package. I call Clearly for a tracking number. I input the number of Phantoms website. Order not found. Weird. I call customer service and they say they shipped my package back to Clearly because I wasn't home! Are you kidding me? They are rude, unhelpful, and the only delivery service I know that doesn't know how to use a concierge desk. Avoid at all costs.

The guy behind the counter was busy with the customers before us, so we waited patiently, and he even acknowledged us and said he'd be with us in a few minutes. When it was our turn, the guy said that only one of the items were in, and the other would be in on the next day as we got there too early for pickup. But he also gave us an option that it could still be delivered to our door if we aren't in a hurry. It was really nice of him to inform us of our options. We had no problems here. The line up wasn't long and the wait wasn't bad. The guy working here was quick and efficient. I'm a happy customer!

I phoned Customer Service on April 26th and they were supposed to have corrected it and said delivery would be the next day. It contained important tax forms for my tax return. Today is May1st and the package has still not arrived at the destination. I call Customer Service every day and I am assured it will be there the following day. It never arrives. Their excuse originally was that it had an invalid code. It was then changed and the tracking showed severe weather conditions. They have now deleted this and changed it back to invalid postal code. The severe weather conditions is an outright lie as in Vancouver and it's suburbs we have had warm sunny weather for over a week. Tp say their service is disgusting is an understatment. I will never use UPS again. What a waste of $26 and hours of time on the phone.

I pointed it out on the UPS app that it said "arrived at pickup location" , and after he went to check again, arrived no more than 10 seconds later with a smirk and look of embarrassment on his face. I'll just assume he genuinely missed it. Anyways, the place is usually quiet so 3 stars...
