My licence shows only part of my full name, which is normal due to character limits, but it clearly includes my last name. I explained this to him, and the address on the package also matched my ID. To further confirm my identity, I showed an additional bank card that displayed the same name as on the package. He still appeared hesitant, but eventually handed over the package and advised me to ensure future orders are placed using the same name as on my ID. This situation was surprising, as I have never experienced this issue before. Using shortened names on official IDs is common, and requiring a full legal name for online orders seems unnecessary and ridiculous.

I talked to Chris on the phone and he was really helpful and cared about earning my business. He made it an easy decision to give the company a try. (Honestly, the other companies quoted me more expensive rates and some of the places I called made me feel like they'd be doing *me* a favor. Yeah no.) Ready, Set, Go was also the only company with a ton of payment options. My items arrived ahead of time and I was able to pay at the door.
