Lightning-fast replies, proactive confirmations (yes, they texted me a few days before!), and an overall sense that someone competent had my back every step of the way. The movers showed up on time--and in this day and age, that's basically a magic trick. Polite, efficient, and so quiet I barely noticed my couch was flying out the door. They wrapped the whole move in exactly 3 hours, just as quoted, even though I padded an extra hour thinking "no way they'll nail it." And the cherry on top? Best price I was quoted and the smoothest payment process ever. Invoice arrived as the move wrapped up, paid online with Visa in seconds. Stress-free, surprise-free, and somehow... enjoyable? 10/10 would let them lift all my heavy stuff again.

Company did nothing about the issue and their only response was that they didn't steal it. There was no one else in the apartment during the move, it's been over 6 months every box is now unpacked and the bag is absolutely not in any of the boxes and nowhere to be found. I moved all my other designer or expensive items myself and forgot this new purse because it was still in the shopping bag. I had to go to work while the movers were coming. I left the new purse which was still in the shopping bag sitting on top of a arm chair in clear site, while I was at work during the move, my partner was with the movers and was unaware that the bag was sitting on the chair so he didn't keep an eye on it. When I was off work the move was finished and when I asked my partner where the bag was, he's said he hadn't seen it. The arm chair it was sitting on was moved, and everything else was moved. The one designer item I made the mistake of leaving in my home while this company was moving my stuff was stolen. I waited to post this review as I hadn't unpacked every single box, and as a business owner I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and be sure I hadn't mistakenly packed the new purse somewhere and forgotten, now that I've unpacked EVERY SINGLE BOX I'm 100% positive that this purse was stolen by this coming. No one else was in either my old apartment or the new one asides from them. Not one other item was lost during our move, only the one designer purse. Absolutely do not use this company for your move unless you want your hard earned possessions to be stolen.

I moved from New Westminster to Langely and as a single female, was worried about the furniture and the fact that most of my boxes had stuff that was in some way or another a bit delicate. Not only was everything moved in 2 hours but since unpacking, I have noticed that there have been absolutely no casualties in the move - which is what can happen when I try to move on my own or with friends. Communication was primarily over the phone, with email confirmation a couple days prior. The move itself was absolutely painless. Not only are they incredibly affordable, especially after doing my due diligence and getting quotes across the city, but they are also professional and polite. Highly recommended.

We did an initial video estimate and then the week of the move Ty came personally to see where things were at to ensure he had what was needed to be ready for moving day. They showed up on time. Their system was well executed, and they had us loaded very quickly. Igor, Manny, Daniel and Christian were very friendly, and professional, and took extra care with our fragile items. Ty was there for the loading as well, to ensure we had everything we needed. At the new place the unload went just as seamlessly and when the truck was empty they even took the time to ask if there was anything we wanted help putting together, and if we wanted them to move anything into a particular spot while they were still there. We did ask them to move a couple of the heavier items which they did happily. Payment was easy; the estimate was exact to the invoice. E-transfer payment was quick and simple. They are definitely competitive price wise, if not a bit better value than some of the larger companies and way better service. Called Ferguson initially mostly because the reviews seemed decent. Our initial inquiry was responded to promptly and an estimator visited our house a few days later to give us a quote. It was the visit from the estimator that clinched it for us. Juville was so professional and thorough. Asked about things we hadn't even thought of. Made some excellent suggestions. My initial reaction to the quoted price was that it was higher than expected, but considering what the sketchy / overly complicated options were coming in at, it wasn't actually that much more. And Juville clearly knew what she was doing, which was extremely reassuring. We really appreciated that she came to our house, prepared a detailed written estimate on the spot, and left us to think about it, without any pressure. We called her back, booked the move and paid our deposit. On moving day we had the worst possible rain (and that's saying something in Vancouver). The movers were organized and professional, and the rain didn't slow them down at all. When the truck was weighed it was very close to what Juville had estimated on our written quote. Our goods arrived safely at the other end. No damage, nothing missing. For the quoted price, no surprises. I would definitely recommend Ferguson and would use them again.
