After calling 8 courier services for an online purchase pick-up, I decided to try one more company and called Ready, Set, Go. (Their website was really clear and nongimmicky - and not made in 1996.) I talked to Chris on the phone and he was really helpful and cared about earning my business. He made it an easy decision to give the company a try. (Honestly, the other companies quoted me more expensive rates and some of the places I called made me feel like they'd be doing *me* a favor. Yeah no.) Ready, Set, Go was also the only company with a ton of payment options. My items arrived ahead of time and I was able to pay at the door. We got her the proper forms only to be informed she needed a Waybill. We called asking could we either fax or email it over, the guy on the phone said sure. We then realized, the waybill was multiple pages but wanted to follow up because we wanted make sure it was ok to still send over. The man that answered the phone wouldn't let us get the question out and proceeded to hang up on us.
