I also like their ways of communicating, first by phone then email confirmation. They have their own trucks and the crew staff all wearing uniforms. All in all very professional job and definitely got my vote!

Misty, the owner/operations manager answered my call to remove a brand new fridge that was dead on arrival (with the plastic still on it), an old fridge that was to replace the old one, old range, very used cat tree, old plastic patio dining set and other miscellaneous items the previous owner left when I bought this home. Aaron was so nice and super friendly and took away my stuff in no time and had a very nice conversation while he was doing that. The amount I paid was less than was quoted in the beginning after Aaron saw what he was taking away. What a service!! Due to using other haul services before, they were by far, the best and competitive priced hauling company around. I will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends. The furniture company I ordered my new sectional from called me Monday morning to let me know it would be arriving Thursday, and I needed junk removal fast. I made an appointment with 1-800-GOT-JUNK Tuesday evening for a Wednesday morning slot and could not be more impressed! Their website is straightforward and easy-to-navigate - you just pick your specific date and timeframe and they'll reach out with both a confirmation email and call. Michael asked what items I'd need taken care of to gauge the size of the delivery truck needed and said they would provide an accurate quote onsite day-of. My items included an old couch, broken desk, dresser, lamp, a small table with two chairs, extra floorboards and an armoire. With a noon to two pm slot scheduled, they called me around 11 to ask if I could do earlier as they were running ahead of time. No problem and they arrived promptly within ten minutes. After looking at the items, Michael gave me a quote within the $300-360 range (depending on if the items filled up a third or quarter of the truck), which I felt was very reasonable. He and his two team members were so friendly and efficient that they had everything out within the hour. They even went as far as to break down my furniture so it'd fit in a quarter of the truck, so I ended up paying $300 for their services. I was able to pay with my credit card using Square, and gave them a well-deserved tip. The whole process was so streamlined and saved me a lot of undue stress - I'd highly recommend this company to anyone and will be using their services again!
