We had an excellent experience with EZ Junk. I had researched a few other companies and when it…read morecame down to choosing one, I decided on EZ Junk because of their responsiveness, ease of booking, detailed website and customer service. I had emailed a few companies but I hadn't heard back from them and was on a timeline. After searching on google one evening, I found the EZ Junk website and used their live chat function and had my questions answered. When it came down to booking a rental bin, Dayne (who I was talking to on the live chat) called me right away and completed the booking. Delivery was scheduled a few days later and was delivered during the time range given. Appreciated the quick response time as my texts were responded to very quickly. I also appreciated that their website was clear and easy to read, specifically what items were accepted and what items weren't. One thing that I was worried about with other companies was whether a rental bin could fit in the driveway as other companies had said on their website that there was a requirement to leave 20-50 feet of extra space in addition to the bin size for their truck to put the bin in place. EZ Junk has a hook-lift truck so they can maneuver the bins easily without the need for a lot of extra space. I highly recommend EZ Junk for your junk removal needs!

The furniture company I ordered my new sectional from called me Monday morning to let me know it would be arriving Thursday, and I needed junk removal fast. I made an appointment with 1-800-GOT-JUNK Tuesday evening for a Wednesday morning slot and could not be more impressed! Their website is straightforward and easy-to-navigate - you just pick your specific date and timeframe and they'll reach out with both a confirmation email and call. Michael asked what items I'd need taken care of to gauge the size of the delivery truck needed and said they would provide an accurate quote onsite day-of. My items included an old couch, broken desk, dresser, lamp, a small table with two chairs, extra floorboards and an armoire. With a noon to two pm slot scheduled, they called me around 11 to ask if I could do earlier as they were running ahead of time. No problem and they arrived promptly within ten minutes. After looking at the items, Michael gave me a quote within the $300-360 range (depending on if the items filled up a third or quarter of the truck), which I felt was very reasonable. He and his two team members were so friendly and efficient that they had everything out within the hour. They even went as far as to break down my furniture so it'd fit in a quarter of the truck, so I ended up paying $300 for their services. I was able to pay with my credit card using Square, and gave them a well-deserved tip. The whole process was so streamlined and saved me a lot of undue stress - I'd highly recommend this company to anyone and will be using their services again!

Dealing with Vancouver Rubbish Removal was a breeze! I emailed to get a quote from them with a…read moredescription of rubbish to be removed and received a response with a quote the very next morning (with a VERY reasonable price!) I had a few more questions so I sent another email and received a phone call within a few minutes and the guys decided to come and check out the situation that night, within the hour. They would have removed the junk that same night but I asked if they could come the next day, and they did. I had arranged for my flooring guy to let them into my suite while I was at work, and had set aside all the renovation debris and rubbish for them to take, which they did, but unfortunately my flooring guy had misunderstood and removed a few items from the rubbish pile so they weren't taken. I found out after the VRR guys had already left so I called them, explained the situation, and they offered to turn around and pick up the items that had been left behind! Such GREAT service, willing to go above and beyond!

I tried to find some companies via Yelp that were qualified and able to come ASAP to assess and mitigate the damage.
