They provide a free consultation before the removal to give you an estimate of the cost. I truly appreciated that! When I was on a call to book an appointment, I had told the person that I would want someone there exactly at 3:30pm. The person confirmed this for me and even sent me a text. However, on the day of the appointment at exactly 3:30pm I got a call saying that they will come by 4:30pm. I was annoyed because I had travelled a distance to be there and there was no way I was going back home. I conveyed my message to the person and he was very nice and apologized about this miscommunication. Promptly after that, they arrived in 30mins. The people who helped me were Jack and Haiden, both were super efficient and fast! They were very good at stacking the truck as well and charged me the right amount based on the volume. I was very impressed by them and would recommend this service. However, I would advice that when you book an appointment to email them instead of a phone call. Their call centre is not closely affiliated to the service and that can cause some miscommunication.

We had an excellent experience with EZ Junk. I had researched a few other companies and when it…read morecame down to choosing one, I decided on EZ Junk because of their responsiveness, ease of booking, detailed website and customer service. I had emailed a few companies but I hadn't heard back from them and was on a timeline. After searching on google one evening, I found the EZ Junk website and used their live chat function and had my questions answered. When it came down to booking a rental bin, Dayne (who I was talking to on the live chat) called me right away and completed the booking. Delivery was scheduled a few days later and was delivered during the time range given. Appreciated the quick response time as my texts were responded to very quickly. I also appreciated that their website was clear and easy to read, specifically what items were accepted and what items weren't. One thing that I was worried about with other companies was whether a rental bin could fit in the driveway as other companies had said on their website that there was a requirement to leave 20-50 feet of extra space in addition to the bin size for their truck to put the bin in place. EZ Junk has a hook-lift truck so they can maneuver the bins easily without the need for a lot of extra space. I highly recommend EZ Junk for your junk removal needs!

This company is a scam preying on people who don't know any better about housekeeping services and…read morecosts. I've been using cleaners regularly (every 2 weeks or monthly) for over 5 years now and have had a few different ones over that time. My previous cleaner just retired so I was looking for a new one, and I reached out to get a quote from Cleaning4U. I have a ~500 sq ft apartment, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. It's a small apartment that my previous cleaners (who worked alone) did full housekeeping and cleaning themselves in 2 - 3 hours, and would cost generally $100 or less (maybe a bit over if there was some more to do that day). So tell me why Cleaning4U came back to me with a quote of 3 Cleaners for 1.5h, $40/h each, for $180 + 5% GST + 2.99% if you're paying by card (so would be basically $200 total). AND THAT'S ONLY FOR SURFACE CLEANING. It's $30 extra for cleaning inside appliances. The list of services provided didn't even go into organizing the fridge, closets, or anything along those lines. JUST surface cleaning. I took one look and laughed out loud at the sheer audacity of how ridiculous that quote was. It really feels like they're trying to scam people who don't know any better. Literally right after responding back telling them no way jose I got a call from another company who wanted to give me a quote. The other company quoted me 2 cleaners, 1 hour, total of less than $100, and their list of services included fridge cleaning, closet organization, and a bunch of other stuff. Needless to say, I went with them instead.
