They provide a free consultation before the removal to give you an estimate of the cost. I truly appreciated that! When I was on a call to book an appointment, I had told the person that I would want someone there exactly at 3:30pm. The person confirmed this for me and even sent me a text. However, on the day of the appointment at exactly 3:30pm I got a call saying that they will come by 4:30pm. I was annoyed because I had travelled a distance to be there and there was no way I was going back home. I conveyed my message to the person and he was very nice and apologized about this miscommunication. Promptly after that, they arrived in 30mins. The people who helped me were Jack and Haiden, both were super efficient and fast! They were very good at stacking the truck as well and charged me the right amount based on the volume. I was very impressed by them and would recommend this service. However, I would advice that when you book an appointment to email them instead of a phone call. Their call centre is not closely affiliated to the service and that can cause some miscommunication.

(Happened both for packing and move) After my correspondence with him on the extra hours he turned the blame on me that the packing was not done right (unorganized) and the van was parked a bit further away from entry for download. As per packing, his own team were involved in packing majority of our stuff. They spent 5 hours the week before. Furthermore the big portion of our stuff was already stored in their pod since July. It's a small apartment that my previous cleaners (who worked alone) did full housekeeping and cleaning themselves in 2 - 3 hours, and would cost generally $100 or less (maybe a bit over if there was some more to do that day). So tell me why Cleaning4U came back to me with a quote of 3 Cleaners for 1.5h, $40/h each, for $180 + 5% GST + 2.99% if you're paying by card (so would be basically $200 total). AND THAT'S ONLY FOR SURFACE CLEANING. It's $30 extra for cleaning inside appliances. The list of services provided didn't even go into organizing the fridge, closets, or anything along those lines. JUST surface cleaning. I took one look and laughed out loud at the sheer audacity of how ridiculous that quote was. It really feels like they're trying to scam people who don't know any better. Literally right after responding back telling them no way jose I got a call from another company who wanted to give me a quote. The other company quoted me 2 cleaners, 1 hour, total of less than $100, and their list of services included fridge cleaning, closet organization, and a bunch of other stuff.
